Description
Claims (9)
- 하기 (a)층, (b)층 및 (c)층의 부직포가 열압착에 의해 일체화된 적층 부직포로서, 하기의 (1) 및 (2)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포:(a)층: 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 장섬유 부직포층을 1개 이상 가짐;(b)층: (a) 층의 부직포를 구성하는 섬유와의 융점차가 30℃ 이하인 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 극세섬유 부직포층을 1개 이상 가짐;(c)층: 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 복합 장섬유 부직포층을 1개 이상 가짐;(c)층의 부직포를 구성하는 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 복합 장섬유가 저융점 성분을 함유하고, 상기 저융점 성분의 융점이, (a)층의 부직포를 구성하는 섬유의 융점보다 40∼150℃ 낮음.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (b)층의 부직포를 구성하는 극세섬유의 양(중량%)이 상기 적층 부직포 전체의 섬유량에 대하여 5∼50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 (b)층의 부직포를 구성하는 극세섬유의 평균 섬유직경이 1∼3㎛ 인 것 을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 (a)층의 부직포를 구성하는 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 장섬유가 폴리에스테르계 장섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 (c)층의 부직포를 구성하는 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 복합 장섬유가, 저융점 성분을 쉬스(sheath) 성분으로 하는 쉬스-코어(sheath-core)형 복합 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 (a)층의 부직포를 구성하는 폴리에스테르계 장섬유가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 쉬스-코어형 복합 섬유의 쉬스 성분이 폴리에틸렌이며, 코어 성분이 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 쉬스-코어형 복합 섬유의 쉬스 성분이 공중합 폴리에스테르이며, 코어 성분이 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 열접착성 적층 부직포의 (c)층의 외측 표면을 서로 포개어 가열 밀봉(heat seal)했을 때, 가열 밀봉 온도가 125∼230℃인 범위에서의 가열 밀봉 강도가 0.2(N/25mm폭·밀도[㎡]) 이상이며, 상기 가열 밀봉 강도의 변동률(R/x)(여기서, R은 변동값, x는 평균값을 나타냄)이 80% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 적층 부직포.
