Claims (9)
- 제 1 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재의 일방의 면에 투명 도전성 박막을 갖고, 상기 제 1 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재의 타방의 면에 점착제층을 갖는, 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름으로서,상기 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름에 사용되는 상기 점착제층의 상기 제 1 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재에 부착되는 측의 표면의 표면 조도 Ra 가 2 ∼ 130 ㎚ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 점착제층의 점착제로서 아크릴계 점착제가 사용되고 있는, 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전성 박막과 상기 제 1 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재 사이에 개재하는, 적어도 1 층의 언더 코트층을 추가로 포함하는, 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 점착제층에 있어서의 상기 제 1 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재와는 반대측의 표면에 부착된 이형 (離型) 시트를 추가로 포함하는, 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름에 있어서의 점착제층에, 제 2 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 투명 플라스틱 필름 기재의 편면 또는 양면에 형성된 하드 코트층을 추가로 포함하는, 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름이 적어도 1 장 사용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 투명 도전성 적층체가 적어도 1 장 사용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름의 제조 방법으로서,상기 이형 시트 상에 점착제 도공액을 도공하는 공정과,상기 점착제 도공액에, 온도 30 ∼ 80 ℃, 풍속 0.5 ∼ 15 m/초의 제 1 건조 공정, 및, 온도 90 ∼ 160 ℃, 풍속 0.1 ∼ 25 m/초의 제 2 건조 공정을 실시함으로써 상기 점착제층을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층 형성 투명 도전성 필름의 제조 방법.
