Claims (11)
- 염료분자가 흡착된 반도체 전극과 전자를 공급하는 상대 전극이 상부에 각각 구비되며, 소정 간격으로 이격된 제 1 전극 기판과 제 2 전극 기판, 상기 제 1 전극 기판과 제 2 전극 기판 사이에 구비된 그리드 및 이들 기판 사이에 충진되는 전해질을 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 제 1 전극 기판상에 금속 구립체를 포함하는 금속 그리드를 적층시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 구립체 직경에 대응하는 제 1 전극 기판과의 이격거리를 갖도록, 제 2 전극 기판을 제 1 전극 기판에 접근시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구립체의 직경은 10 내지 60㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속 그리드는 금속 페이스트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속은 은, 구리, 아연, 금, 티타늄 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,(b) 단계 후 상기 금속 그리드를 소성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속 그리드는 상기 그리드의 말단이 상기 염료감응 태양전지의 경계로부터 1 내지 10mm만큼 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조방법.

- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 구립체의 직경은 10 내지 60㎛이며, 상기 제 1 전극 기판 및 제 2 전극 기판은 상기 구립체 직경 만큼 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
