Claims (4)
- 원료용기(33) 내에 충전된 액상의 원료를 교반하거나 미립화하도록 구비된 교반밀에 있어서;원료가 유입되는 유입구(36)와 배출되는 스크린(42)이 구비되며 상부프레임(32)에 결합된 다수의 서스펜더(35)에 의해 매달리는 원통형상의 교반용기(34)와;이 교반용기(34) 내에서 회전 가능하도록 상기 상부프레임(32)에 결합되어 하향 연장된 회전축(39)에 결합된 로터(38)를 포함하여 이루어지며;상기 교반용기(34)에는 그 둘레면 또는 상하면 중에서 어느 일면에 상기 스크린(42)이 구비되고, 타면에 냉각재킷(50,51)이 형성되되, 상기 교반용기(34)에는 그 저면에 상측으로 함몰된 원통홈 형상의 오목부(41)가 형성되고, 이 오목부(41)의 둘레면에 상기 스크린(42)이 형성되며;상기 냉각재킷(50,51)은 상기 교반용기(34)의 상면과 둘레면에 구비되는 상부재킷(50)과 이 상부재킷(50)에 연결되는 하부재킷(51)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반밀.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축(39)은 상기 교반용기(34)를 상하로 관통하여 상기 오목부(41) 측으로 연장 형성되며, 상기 회전축(39)에는 상기 오목부(41)의 하단측에 위치되도록 다수의 임펠러(45,46)가 상하로 결합되고, 상기 교반용기(34)의 저면에는 상기 임펠러(45,46)를 내장하도록 하향 돌출되어 상기 스크린(42)을 통해 배출되는 원료를 하부로 유도하는 격벽(47)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반밀.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 교반용기(34)의 외부 둘레에는 상기 상부프레임(32)에 결합되어 하향 연장되는 회전축(48)과 이 회전축(48)에 회전 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 원료용기(33) 내의 원료를 교반시키거나 순환시키는 보조임펠러(49)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반밀.
