Description
Claims (32)
- 적어도 하나의 기능성에 대한 적어도 하나의 인터페이스를 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는제1 기능성(functionality)을 제공하는 콤포넌트에 대한 인터페이스 및근거리 통신(near field communication) 기능성을 제공하는 근거리 통신 콤포넌트에 대한 인터페이스와,배터리 인터페이스(battery interface)와,상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리 제어 회로(battery control circuit)를 포함하고,상기 배터리 제어 회로는 상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리의 배터리 충전 상태에 따라 상기 장치의 동작을 제어하도록 구비되고,상기 배터리 제어 회로는 상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리의 충전 상태에 따라 상기 장치에 대해 다수의 동작 상태들(operating conditions)을 제공하고,상기 충전 상태는- 정상 동작 상태들(normal operation conditions),- 소프트웨어 컷오프(software cut-off) 상태,- 하드웨어 컷오프(hardware cut-off) 상태 및- 배터리 컷오프(battery cut-off) 상태중의 선택으로부터 둘 이상의 동작 상태들을 포함하고,상기 장치는 상기 동작 상태들 중 적어도 두 동작 상태들에 대해 상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트에 대한 인터페이스를 통해 연결된 근거리 통신 콤포넌트의 설정들(configurations)을 저장하는 스토리지(storage)를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 기능성에 대한 상기 인터페이스에 연결된, 상기 적어도 하나의 기능성을 제공하는 콤포넌트;상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리; 및상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트에 대한 인터페이스에 연결된 근거리 통신 콤포넌트를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트는, 근거리 통신 깨움(wakeup) 이벤트를 탐지시 정상 동작, 소프트웨어 컷오프, 하드웨어 컷오프 및 상기 배터리 컷오프 상태들 중 적어도 두 동작 상태들 하에 상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트 또는 상기 장치를 어떻게 동작시킬지에 관한 정보를 저장하는 전용 메모리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 장치는 상기 동작 상태들 중 적어도 두 동작 상태들에 대하여 상기 배터리 제어 회로의 설정들을 저장하는 스토리지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 기능성은 셀룰러 전화 기능성(cellular telephone functionality)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 적어도 하나의 기능성에 대한 적어도 하나의 인터페이스를 제공하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는상기 적어도 하나의 기능성에 대한 인터페이스를 제공하는 콤포넌트,배터리 인터페이스 및상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리 제어 회로를 포함하고,상기 배터리 제어 회로는 상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리의 배터리 충전 상태에 따라 상기 장치의 동작을 제어하도록 구비되고,상기 배터리 제어 회로는 상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 상기 배터리의 충전 상태에 따라 상기 장치에 대해 다수의 동작 상태들을 제공하고,상기 충전 상태는- 정상 동작 상태들,- 소프트웨어 컷오프 상태,- 하드웨어 컷오프 상태 및- 배터리 컷오프 상태중의 선택으로부터 둘 이상의 동작 상태들을 포함하고,상기 장치는 상기 동작 상태들 중 적어도 두 동작 상태들에 대해 상기 장치의 설정들을 저장하는 사용자 설정가능 스토리지(user configurable storage)를 포함하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 기능성에 대한 상기 인터페이스에 연결된, 상기 적어도 하나의 기능성을 제공하는 콤포넌트; 및상기 배터리 인터페이스에 연결된 배터리를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 장치는 사용자 인터페이스를 포함하고, 상기 배터리 제어 회로는 상기 인터페이스를 통한 사용자 입력에 의해 설정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 기능성은 셀룰러 전화 기능성, 근거리 통신 기능성 또는 데이터 재생 기능성(data reproduction functionality)의 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 기능성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 근거리 통신 가능 장치(near field communication enabled Apparatus)를 동작시키는 방법에 있어서,근거리 통신 이벤트를 탐지하는 단계;상기 장치의 현재의 동작 상태를 결정하는 단계;상기 탐지된 동작 상태에 관련되는 상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트의 설정을 결정하는 단계; 및상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트의 상기 결정된 설정에 따라 상기 장치의 근거리 콤포넌트를 동작시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 동작 상태는정상 동작 상태 그리고- 소프트웨어 컷오프 상태- 하드웨어 컷오프 상태 및- 배터리 컷오프 상태의 세 동작 상태들 중 적어도 하나의 동작 상태를 포함할 수 있는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,장치의 상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트에 전원공급하기 위해, 상기 근거리 통신 이벤트의 수신 RF 에너지를 사용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,상기 현재 동작 상태의 상기 결정은 상기 장치의 동작 상태가 소프트웨어 컷오프 또는 하드웨어 컷오프 상태인 것을 결정하고,상기 방법은상기 근거리 통신 이벤트를 탐지한 후에, 상기 장치의 상기 근거리 콤포넌트에 전원공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 정상 동작, 소프트웨어 컷오프, 하드웨어 컷오프 및 배터리 컷오프 상태들 중 적어도 두 동작 상태들에 대하여 상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트의 설정들을 정의하는 사용자 입력을 수신하는 단계; 및상기 장치의 스토리지에 상기 근거리 통신 콤포넌트의 상기 설정들을 저장하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 장치를 동작시키는 방법을 실행하도록 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터-판독가능 저장 매체로서, 상기 컴퓨터 프로그램은, 장치 상에서 실행될 때, 제10항 또는 제11항의 단계들을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램 코드 섹션들(sections)을 포함하는, 컴퓨터-판독가능 저장 매체.
