Claims (16)
- 제 1 전극;상기 제 1 전극상에 배치되며, 다수의 셀영역을 정의하는 제 1 격벽;상기 제 1 격벽과 마주하며, 상기 제 1 격벽과 함께 상기 셀영역을 정의하는 제 2 격벽;상기 제 2 격벽상에 배치되며 상기 제 1 전극과 마주하는 제 2 전극을 구비하는 기판;적어도 상기 각 셀 영역에 충진된 유전액; 및상기 각 셀 영역의 상기 유전액 내부에 개별적으로 부유하고 있는 트위스트볼;상기 제1 전극의 에지에 형성된 제3 격벽의 상부와 상기 기판의 배면에 각각 형성된 얼라인 마크;를 포함하는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 격벽과 일체로 이루어지며, 상기 각 셀 영역의 상기 제 1 전극상에 배치된 제 1 버퍼층을 포함하는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 격벽과 일체로 이루어지며, 상기 각 셀 영역의 상기 제 2 전극상에 배치된 제 2 버퍼층을 포함하는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극의 주변을 따라 배치되며, 상기 제 1 격벽보다 큰 높이를 갖는 제 3 격벽을 더 포함하는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 격벽은 상기 제 1 격벽과 동일한 재질로 이루어진 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 격벽은 서로 이격되어 있는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 격벽은 서로 접촉하고 있는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 도전성 기판으로 이루어진 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극상에 배치된 기판을 더 포함하는 전자종이 표시소자.
- 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극상에 각각 다수의 셀을 정의하는 제 1 및 제 2 격벽을 임프린트 방법에 의해 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 격벽에 의해 정의된 각 셀영역의 제 1 전극상에 트위스트볼을 주입하는 단계;적어도 상기 트위스트볼을 포함하는 각 셀 영역에 유전액을 주입하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 격벽과 제 2 격벽이 서로 마주하도록 상기 제 1 격벽이 형성된 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 격벽이 형성된 제 2 전극을 서로 합착하는 단계;를 포함하는 전자종이 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 격벽을 형성하는 단계에서,상기 제 1 격벽에 의해 정의된 각 셀 영역의 제 1 전극상에 제 1 버퍼층이 더 형성되는 전자종이 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 격벽을 형성하는 단계에서,상기 제 1 전극의 주변을 따라 배치되며 상기 제 1 격벽보다 높은 높이를 갖는 제 3 격벽이 더 형성되는 전자종이 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 격벽을 형성하는 단계에서,상기 제 3 격벽상에 배치된 제 1 얼라인 마크를 더 형성하는 전자종이 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극상에 배치된 기판상에 상기 제 1 얼라인 마크와 대응된 제 2 얼라인 마크를 형성하는 전자종이 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 격벽을 형성하는 단계에서,상기 제 2 격벽에 의해 정의된 각 셀 영역의 제 2 전극상에 제 2 버퍼층을 더 형성하는 전자종이 표시소자의 제조 방법.
