Description
Claims (9)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 배치된 디스플레이부;상기 디스플레이부가 내측에 위치하도록 상기 기판에 대향하여 배치되는 봉지기판; 및상기 기판과 상기 봉지기판을 합착시키는 실런트;를 구비하며,상기 실런트는 레이저빔 조사에 의해 용융된 후 경화되며,상기 실런트는 내부에 기포가 존재하지 않으며,상기 실런트의 상기 기판 방향의 단부면은 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 실리콘 옥사이드층과 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실런트의 상기 봉지기판 방향의 단부면은 상기 봉지기판의 상기 기판을 향한 면과 컨택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실런트는 비스무스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 옥사이드층은 상기 디스플레이부 내에서부터 상기 디스플레이부 외측으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 옥사이드층의 상기 기판 방향으로의 하부에는 실리콘 나이트라이드층이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 실런트는 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드층과 컨택하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 옥사이드층의 두께는 2000Å 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이 장치.
