Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르 생성물의 연속 제조 방법에 있어서,(i) 이중 금속 시아나이드 착물 촉매의 존재 하에, 개시제와 알킬렌 옥시드를 연속적으로 혼합하면서 반응시켜 0.1 중량% 이상 10 중량% 이하의 알킬렌 옥시드를 함유하는 생성 혼합물을 수득하며, 여기서 상기 단계 (i) 은 연속적으로 교반되는 탱크 반응기에서 수행되고;(ⅱ) 단계 (i) 에서 수득한 혼합물을 파이프 반응기에서 반응시켜 0.01 중량% 이하의 알킬렌 옥시드를 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르 생성물을 수득하며, 여기서 추가량의 개시제, 알킬렌 옥시드 및 이중 금속 시아나이드 착물 촉매가 파이프 반응기에 첨가되지 않고;(ⅲ) 단계 (ⅱ) 의 생성물을 공정으로부터 분리하며 단계 (ii) 에서 수득한 생성물이 단계 (i) 로 돌려보내지지 않는 것을 포함하는, 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르 생성물의 연속 제조 방법.

- 제 5 항에 따른 방법으로 수득한 생성물에 항산화제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
