Abstract
이를 위해 배관의 일부를 내삽할 수 있는 몸체부(10)와 상기 몸체부(10)의 일측에 결합되는 메인캡(20)과 상기 메인캡(20)의 일측에 위치하여 메인캡(20)이 진동에 의해 결속력이 약해지는 것을 방지하기 위한 스토퍼조임캡(30)과 상기 메인캡(20)의 내측에 위치하며, 스토퍼조임캡(30)에 의해 가압되어 조여지는 스토퍼(40)와 상기 몸체부(10)의 내측에 위치하며, 배관용 파이프의 외경에 밀착되어 수밀을 유지하는 패킹(50)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결구를 제공함으로써 가능하다.

Claims (5)
- 배관시공시 다수개의 배관을 연결하기 위한 배관연결구에 있어서,
배관의 일부를 내삽할 수 있으며 관 형태의 좌우가 동일한 형상으로 형성되고 단부 외주면에 나사부(11)가 형성되며,내측단부에는 경사면이 형성되며, 상기의 경사면은 내측으로 이동할 수록 점점 작아지게 형성되는 몸체부(10);
상기 몸체부(10)의 일측에 결합되며, 내측 측면에 상기 나사부(11)와 대응되는 나사부(21)가 형성되는 메인캡(20);
상기 메인캡(20)의 일측에 위치하여 메인캡(20)이 진동에 의해 결속력이 약해지는 것을 방지하며, 내측에 나사부가 진행할수록 그 직경이 점점 작아지도록 하여, 그 단면의 경사도가 1°~ 5°의 경사각을 이루는 스토퍼결합나사부(31)가 형성되는 스토퍼조임캡(30);
상기 메인캡(20)의 내측에 위치하며, 상기 메인캡(20)에 접하는 걸림턱(41)과 상기 메인캡(20)의 내경으로 외부로 돌출되어 스토퍼조임캡(30)과 스토퍼결합나사부(31)에 대응되도록 정방향 나사의 형상 또는 역방향 나사의 형상 중 선택적으로 적용될 수 있는 나사부(43)와 상기 나사부(43)의 반대측인 내주면에 형성되는 톱니부(44)로 형성되는 스토퍼(40);
상기 몸체부(10)의 내측에 위치하며, 스토퍼(40)에 의해 가압되어 배관용 파이프의 외경에 밀착되어 수밀을 유지하는 패킹(50)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼조임캡(30)의 내측에 형성되는 스토퍼결합나사부(31)는 정방향 나사의 형상 또는 역방향 나사의 형상 중 선택적으로 적용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관연결구.
