Abstract
Description
상기 스위칭부는 드레인단은 상기 전원공급부의 출력단과 연결되고 소스단은 상기 광대역 증폭기의 전원 입력단과 연결된 스위칭 트랜지스터와, 애노드단은 상기 DC-DC 변환기의 출력단과 연결되고 캐소드단은 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 소스단과 연결된 다이오드, 및 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트단에 게이트 전압을 선택적으로 인가하도록 된 스위칭 구동회로를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 스위칭 구동회로는 드레인단의 출력을 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트단으로 출력하도록 이루어진 트랜지스터와 입력되는 전압을 반전하여 상기 트랜지스터의 게이트단으로 출력하도록 된 인버터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 다이오드는 쇼트키 다이오드(Schottky Diode)인 것이 바람직하다.
Claims (4)
- 입력단은 전원공급부의 출력단과 연결되고, 전원공급부의 출력단으로부터 입력되는 전압을 변환하여 출력단으로 출력하도록 된 DC-DC 변환기와; 광대역 증폭기의 전원 입력단을 상기 전원공급부의 출력단과 DC-DC 변환기의 출력단으로 선택적으로 스위칭하도록 된 스위칭부;를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 스위칭부는 드레인단은 상기 전원공급부의 출력단과 연결되고 소스단은 상기 광대역 증폭기의 전원 입력단과 연결된 스위칭 트랜지스터와, 애노드단은 상기 DC-DC 변환기의 출력단과 연결되고 캐소드단은 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 소스단과 연결된 다이오드, 및 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트단에 게이트 전압을 선택적으로 인가하도록 된 스위칭 구동회로를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 스위칭 구동회로는 드레인단의 출력을 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트단으로 출력하도록 이루어진 트랜지스터와, 입력되는 전압을 반전하여 상기 트랜지스터의 게이트단으로 출력하도록 된 인버터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 이중모드 광대역 증폭기 출력전력 스위칭장치.
