- 수분을 제외한 소지 원재료 100 중량부에 대하여, 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 입자 26 ~ 42 중량부, 1차점토 20 ~ 40 중량부, 칼륨장석 6 ~ 20 중량부, 도석 5 ~ 14 중량부, 규석 2 ~ 15 중량부, 및 골회 0.6 ~ 3.2 중량부 포함하는 초강화자기용 소지로부터 제조되고, 산화물 기준으로 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 40 ~ 60 중량% 및 오산화인(P2O5) 0.4 ~ 1.2 중량%, 이산화규소(SiO2) 30 ~ 50 중량%, 알카리금속산화물 2 ~ 5 중량%, 알카리토금속산화물 0.5 ~ 3 중량%를 포함하며, 평균 꺽임강도가 1250 kgf/cm2 이상이고, 온도차 180 ℃의 내스폴링(耐Spalling) 시험에서 균열이 발생하지 않는 초강화자기.
- 수분을 제외한 소지 원재료 100 중량부에 대하여, 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 입자 26 ~ 42 중량부, 1차점토 20 ~ 40 중량부, 칼륨장석 6 ~ 20 중량부, 도석 5 ~ 14 중량부, 규석 2 ~ 15 중량부, 및 골회 0.6 ~ 3.2 중량부 포함하는 초강화자기용 소지로부터 도자기 제품을 성형하는 단계; 상기 도자기 제품 성형체를 800 ~ 1100 ℃에서 초벌구이하는 단계; 초벌구이된 성형체에 유약을 시유하는 단계; 및 유약이 시유된 성형체를 1270 ~ 1350 ℃에서 재벌구이하는 단계를 포함하는 청구항 제 3 항의 초강화자기의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 초강화자기용 소지에서 상기 산화알루미늄 입자는 30 ~ 40 중량부이고, 상기 골회와 도석의 중량비는 1 : 8 ~ 13 이며, 도석과 칼륨장석의 중량비는 1 : 0.8 ~ 1.6 인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 제 3 항의 초강화자기의 제조방법.
