Claims (4)
- 고속의 무선 통신이 가능한 제1 변조 방식 및 저속의 무선 통신이 가능한 제2 변조 방식에 대응하고, 1 이상 M 이하의 서브 채널을 무선 단말기의 능력의 범위 내에서 그 무선 단말기와의 사이의 무선 통신에 이용하는 무선 통신 시스템에서,
상기 제1 변조 방식과 서브 채널수 N(1≤N≤M)의 조합인 제1 조합도, 제2 변조 방식과 서브 채널수 N'(1≤N'≤M)의 조합인 제2 조합도 주어진(所要) 통신 속도를 만족하는 경우에, 그 제1 조합에 대하여 그 제2 조합의 필요 송신 출력이 작은 경우에, 그 제2 조합을 선택하는 판정부와,
상기 선택한 조합을 상기 무선 단말기에 통지하는 통지부
를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 기지국. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 판정부가 선택하는 조합은, 상기 주어진 통신 속도를 만족하는 변조 방식과 서브 채널수의 조합 중, 송신 출력을 최소로 하는 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 기지국. - 고속의 무선 통신이 가능한 제1 변조 방식 및 저속의 무선 통신이 가능한 제2 변조 방식에 대응하고, 1 이상 M 이하의 서브 채널을 무선 단말기의 능력의 범위 내에서 그 무선 단말기와의 사이의 무선 통신에 이용하는 무선 통신 시스템에서,
상기 제1 변조 방식과 서브 채널수 N(1≤N≤M)의 조합인 제1 조합도, 제2 변조 방식과 서브 채널수 N'(1≤N'≤M)의 조합인 제2 조합도 소정의 송신 출력 이하로 되는 경우에, 그 제1 조합에 대하여 그 제2 조합의 통신 속도가 빠른 경우에, 그 제2 조합을 선택하는 판정부와,
상기 선택한 조합을 상기 무선 단말기에 통지하는 통지부
를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 기지국. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 판정부가 선택하는 조합은, 상기 소정의 송신 출력 이하인 변조 방식과 서브 채널수의 조합 중, 통신 속도를 최대로 하는 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 기지국.
