Claims (38)
- (a) 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물 또는 자일리톨 아세탈 화합물, 및(b) 실리카 성분을 포함하는 첨가제 조성물로서,(i) 상기 실리카 성분이 약 0.6㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 1㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖고, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 30%이거나; 또는(ii) 상기 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 실리카 성분이 실리카 분획을 함유하며, 상기 실리카 분획이 크기 1㎛ 미만의 입자를 1중량% 이상 함유하고, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 30%이거나; 또는(iii) 상기 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 실리카 성분이 약 20㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 50㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 가지며, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카의 중량 백분율이 약 10 내지 약 30%이거나; 또는(iv) 상기 실리카 성분이 소수성 실리카이고, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 30%인첨가제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,실리카 성분이 약 0.4㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 0.6㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,실리카 성분이 약 0.6㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 1㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖고, 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카의 중량 백분율이 약 1 내지 약 5%인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 실리카 분획을 함유하며, 상기 실리카 분획이 크기 1㎛ 미만의 입자를 1중량% 이상 함유하며, 상기 실리카 성분이 약 0.5㎛ 미만의 D10 값을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 실리카 분획을 함유하고, 상기 실리카 분획이 크기 1㎛ 미만의 입자를 1중량% 이상 함유하며, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 10%인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 약 10㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 25㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 약 20㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 50㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 가지는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,실리카가 소수성인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 소수성 실리카이며, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 소수성 실리카의 중량 백분율이 약 1 내지 약 5%인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 소수성 실리카이며, 상기 실리카가 약 20㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 50㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,첨가제 조성물이 자일리톨 아세탈 화합물을 포함하고, 실리카 성분이 소수성 실리카이며, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 소수성 실리카의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 10%인 조성물.
- (a) 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물, 및(b) 약 20㎛ 미만의 Mv 및 50㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖는 소수성 실리카 성분으로 이루어지고 유기 윤활제를 함유하지 않는 조핵제 첨가제 조성물로서,상기 첨가제 조성물중 소수성 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 1 내지 약 10%인 조핵제 첨가제 조성물.
- (a) 폴리올레핀, 및(b) 제 1 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 폴리올레핀-계 조성물.
- 중합체 또는 공중합체를 제공하는 단계;(i) 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물 및 실리카 성분을 포함하는 첨가제 조성물로서, 상기 실리카 성분은 약 0.6㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 1㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖고, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 30%인 첨가제 조성물;(ii) 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물 및 실리카 성분을 포함하는 첨가제 조성물로서, 상기 실리카 성분은 약 20㎛ 미만의 Mv 값 및 약 50㎛ 미만의 D90 값을 갖고, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카의 중량 백분율이 약 10 내지 약 30%인 첨가제 조성물;(iii) 솔비톨 아세탈 화합물 및 소수성 실리카를 갖는 첨가제 조성물로서, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 30%인 첨가제 조성물; 및(iv) 자일리톨 아세탈 화합물 및 소수성 실리카를 갖는 첨가제 조성물로서, 상기 첨가제 조성물중 상기 실리카 성분의 중량 백분율이 약 0.5 내지 약 30%인 첨가제 조성물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가제 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 첨가제 조성물을 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체에 공급 및 분산시켜 핵 형성된 중합체 또는 공중합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 핵 형성된 중합체 또는 공중합체 조성물의 제조 방법.
