Claims (17)
- 무단 변속기에서 토크 전달을 위해 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트가 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 입력 풀리 세트에 가해지는 힘과 상기 출력 풀리 세트에 전달되는 힘을 검출하는 단계와,상기 입력 풀리 세트와 상기 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 안전도는 실제 작동점에서 상기 벨트 수단의 스키드가 발생하는 힘과 실제 가해지는 압착력 사이의 힘 비율을 나타내며, 상기 힘 비(zeta)는 구간별로 적응되며, 상기 힘 비(zeta)를 결정하는 상기 단계는 변속기의 준정적 작동 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,상기 벨트 수단이 스키드 지점에 도달하기 직전에 상기 입력 풀리 세트의 압착력을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 입력 풀리 세트의 압착력을 감소시킬 때 변속기어에서의 변속비 조정은 활성 상태로 유지되며, 상기 압착력의 변동은 상기 입력 풀리 세트 또는 상기 출력 풀리 세트의 압력을 제어함으로써 보상되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,안전도의 함수로서 결정된 상기 힘 비(zeta)를 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 준정적 주행 상태로서, 일정한 주행에서의 오버드라이브 영역(OD)에서의 주행 상태가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,상기 변속기의 변속비는 상기 힘 비(zeta)의 값들에 따라 달라지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,상기 변속기의 각각의 작동 상태에 따른 상기 힘 비(zeta)의 값들을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 상기 안전도 및 상기 변속기의 변속비의 함수로서 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,상기 입력 풀리 세트 및 출력 풀리 세트와 상호동작하는 유압 밸브의 공지된 제어 전류로부터 이론적인 압력값을 산출함으로써, 상기 입력 풀리 세트 및 출력 풀리 세트에서의 압력을 추정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,차량 운행 중에 상기 힘 비(zeta)의 최대값을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도의 함수로서 결정한 이후,상기 출력 풀리 세트에서의 사전 설정된 압착력에서, 상기 벨트 수단의 스키드가 발생하도록 입력 토크를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,증가된 상기 입력 토크가 일정하게 유지된 이후에 상기 출력 풀리 세트에서의 사전 설정된 압착력을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하는 방법.
