Claims (15)
- 외측 베어링부(11)와 내측 베어링부(12)를 포함하는 유압 댐핑 부시(10)로서,외측 베어링부(11) 내에 설치되고, 엘라스토머 물질로 이루어며, 스프링 몸체(13a)와 덮개부(13b)를 포함하는 경화 물체(13); 및작동 챔버(14)에 배치되고, 유압작동유가 양 측면에 채워진 충격흡수막(16a ,16b)을 포함하고,외측 베어링부(11)와 내측 베어링부(12)는 스프링 몸체(13a)에 의해서 서로에 대해 지지되며,경화 물체(13)는 작동 챔버(14) 및 적어도 하나의 보상 챔버(15)를 구획하고,상기 챔버들(14, 15)은 유압작동유로 채워지고, 경화 물체(13)의 상측에 형성된 댐핑 채널(18)에 의해서 연결되며,충격흡수막(16a, 16b)은 원주 방향으로 연장하고, 외측을 향하여 방사상으로 돌출하며,충격흡수막(16a, 16b)에는 작동 챔버(14)에 대해서 축방향으로 오프셋되는 충격흡수 챔버(17a, 17b)가 결합되고,보상 챔버(15)는 부시(10)의 외주부에서 원주 방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충격흡수 챔버(17a, 17b)가 탄성 소재로 만들어진 덮개(20)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충격흡수 챔버(17a, 17b)가 단면윤곽이 물결모양인 덮개(20)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력보상 유로(23)는 충격흡수 챔버(17a, 17b)와 보상 챔버(15)를 연결하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외측 베어링부(11)를 지지하는 반경방향으로 돌출한 전방 벽을 가지는 중공 원통형 부시 케이지(24)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부시 케이지(24)가 상호 고정된 적어도 두 개의 케이지 부분들(24a, 24b)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제5항에 있어서, 충격흡수막(16a, 16b)을 수용하기 위한 충격흡수 케이지(33)를 가지며, 부시 케이지(24)에 삽입가능한 삽입체(25)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제7항에 있어서, 삽입체(25)가 활꼴 모양으로 연장되고, 부시 케이지(24)에 구비된 함몰부에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제7항에 있어서, 충격흡수 케이지(33)가 반경방향으로 연장되는 떨어져 배치된 스트럿들(26)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제7항에 있어서, 삽입체(25)에 댐핑 유로(18)의 편향부(18a)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제5항에 있어서, 댐핑 유로(18)가 경화에 의해 부시 케이지(24)의 외주부상에 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축방향으로 떨어져 배치된 두 개의 충격흡수막(16a, 16b)이 구비되며, 이들 각각에 충격흡수 챔버(17a, 17b)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부시 케이지(24)의 전방 벽이, 충격흡수 챔버(17a, 17b)의 덮개(20)에 의해 덮이는 개구부(27)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 댐핑 부시.
