Claims (13)
- 제 1 금속관; 및상기 제 1 금속관의 외측을 둘러싸는 골과 마루가 연속적으로 형성된 다수 개의 금속 주름관을 포함하며;상기 다수개의 금속 주름관이 각각 상,하로 이웃하는 다른 금속 주름관과 간격을 두고 제 1 금속관을 둘러싸고, 제 1 금속관과 밀착되어 튜브의 하단부를 향한 유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브.

- 제 1 금속관; 및상기 제 1 금속관의 외측에 골과 마루가 연속적으로 형성된 금속 주름판이 간격을 두고 나선형으로 권취되어 형성된 금속 주름관을 포함하며,상기 제 1 금속관과 상기 금속 주름관이 밀착되어 튜브의 하단부를 향한 유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 금속 주름관 및 제 1 금속관을 삽입 고정하는 제 2 금속관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브.

- 제 1 금속관의 외측에 골과 마루가 연속적으로 형성된 금속 주름판을 간격을 두고 나선형으로 권취하면서 튜브의 하단부를 향하여 주름이 형성되도록 점용접으로 고정하는 공정;상기 금속 주름판이 고정된 제 1 금속관을 제 2 금속관에 삽입하는 공정; 및상기 제 1 금속관, 상기 금속 주름판, 및 제 2 금속관의 접합부에 브레이징 필러메탈을 도포하고 브레이징하여 접합하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 금속관의 외측을 골과 마루가 연속적으로 형성된 다수 개의 금속 주름판으로 각각 상,하로 이웃하는 금속 주름판과 이격되도록 하고 튜브의 하단부를 향하여 주름이 형성되도록 점용접을 이용하여 고정하면서 둘러싸는 공정;상기 다수 개의 금속 주름판이 고정된 제 1 금속관을 제 2 금속관에 삽입 하는 공정; 및상기 제 1 금속관, 상기 다수 개의 주름판, 및 상기 제 2 금속관의 접합부에 브레이징 필러메탈을 도포하고 브레이징 하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 금속관에, 골과 마루가 연속적으로 형성된 금속 주름판을 이용하여 관형으로 미리 성형한, 하단부를 향한 주름을 갖는 다수 개의 금속 주름관을 간격을 두고 끼우는 공정;상기 다수 개의 주름관이 끼워진 제 1 금속관을 제 2 금속관에 삽입 하는 공정; 및상기 제 1 금속관, 상기 다수 개의 주름관, 및 상기 제 2 금속관의 접합부에 브레이징 필러메탈을 도포하고 브레이징 하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브레이징 공전 전에 인발(축관) 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금속관은 내부에 산화구역 및 연료/수증기 개질구역을 포함하며, 이들에 포함된 하니컴 구조의 접합이 제 1 금속관 외부에서 실시되는 브레이징과 일괄적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 개질기 또는 열교환기용 튜브의 제조방법.
