Claims (10)
- 온도 측정을 위한 TC 정션부(10);상기 TC 정션부와 접합하여 연결되는 TC 와이어(20);상기 TC 와이어(20)의 전기 절연을 가능하게 하기 위해 TC 와이어(20)의 외주면 둘레에 설치되는 제1 세라믹 절연체(30);상기 세라믹 절연체(30) 외주면 둘레에 설치되는 슬리브(40);상기 TC 와이어(20) 및 세라믹 절연체(30)가 연장된 부분의 외주면 둘레에 설치되는 외장 열전대 절연체(50); 및상기 외장 열전대 절연체(50)의 외주면 둘레에 설치되는 외장 열전대 튜브(60);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부 온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬리브(40)은 인코넬, 스테인리스 스틸 및 니켈합금 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부 온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연료전지 스택 내부 온도 측정용 열전대는 제2 세라믹 절연체(90)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부 온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2 세라믹 절연체(90)는 그 전후에 커넥터부(80)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 커넥터부(80)는 세라믹 본드 계열 물질로 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 본드 계열 물질은 MgO, Al2O3, ZrO2 또는 SiO2로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 혼합 세라믹 파우더인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2 세라믹 절연체(90) 및 커넥터부(80)는 용접으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부온도 측정용 열전대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연료전지 스택 내부온도 측정용 열전대는 외장 열전대(100)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택 내부온도 측정용 열전대.
