Claims (18)
- a) 2개 이상의 알케닐기를 가지며, 점도가 0.01 내지 30,000 Paㆍs인 1종 이상의 선형 또는 분지형 유기폴리실록산,b) i) 유기수소 실록산 중 적어도 1종은 함량이 7 mmol SiH/g 초과이고,ii) 유기수소 실록산 중 적어도 1종은 분자내에 1개 이상의 방향족 기를 가지며,iii) i) 및 ii)의 특성이, 동일한 유기수소 실록산 또는 상이한 유기수소 실록산에서 만족될 수 있는,분자당 각각 2개 이상의 SiH 단위를 갖는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산,c) Pt, Ru 및 Rh 촉매로부터 선택되는 1종 이상,d) 각각 1개 이상의 에폭시 기를 갖는 알콕시실란 및 알콕시실록산 중 1종 이상,e) 임의로는, 1종 이상의 억제제,f) 임의로는, 임의로 표면 개질되는 1종 이상의 충전제,g) 임의로는, 1종 이상의 첨가제를 함유하고,상기 성분 b)는 성분 b1), b2) 및 임의로는 성분 b3)를 포함하되,b1)은 분자당 2개 이상의 SiH 단위를 갖고, 함량이 7 mmol SiH/g 초과인, 방향족 기를 함유하지 않는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산이고,b2)는 분자당 2개 이상의 SiH 단위를 갖고, 1개 이상의 방향족 기가 분자내에 함유된 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산이며,b3)은 존재하는 경우, 분자당 2개 이상의 SiH 단위를 갖고, 함량이 7 mmol SiH/g 미만이며, 방향족 기를 함유하지 않는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산이며,혼합물의 모든 성분들에서 Si-결합된 알킬기의 총량에 대한 SiH 기의 총량의 몰비가 0.7 이상인, 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기폴리실록산 a)가 하기 실록시 단위를 나타낼 수 있는 선형 또는 분지형 폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는, 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드.상기 식 중,치환기 R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고,- 페닐 및 할로겐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 치환기로 치환될 수 있는, 탄소 원자수 12 이하의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 라디칼,- 탄소 원자수 12 이하의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알케닐 라디칼,- 페닐 라디칼,- 히드록실 및- 탄소 원자수 6 이하의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알콕시 라디칼로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택될 수 있거나, 상이한 실록시 단위로부터의 2개의 치환기 R이 함께 2개의 규소 원자 사이에서 탄소 원자수 2 내지 12의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알칸디일 라디칼을 형성할 수 있으며, 이 때 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 2개 이상의 치환기 R은 각 분자에 대해 상기 알케닐 라디칼을 나타낸다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(들) b)가 하기 실록시 단위를 가질 수 있는 선형, 분지형 또는 환형 폴리실록산으로부터 선택되는 것인 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드.상기 식 중,치환기 R1은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고,- 수소,- 방향족 기로 치환될 수 있는, 탄소 원자수 12 이하의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 라디칼,- 탄소 원자수 12 이하의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알케닐 라디칼,- 히드록실,- 방향족 기 및- 탄소 원자수 6 이하의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알콕시 라디칼로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택될 수 있거나, 상이한 실록시 단위로부터의 2개의 기 R1이 함께 2개의 규소 원자 사이에 탄소 원자수 2 내지 12의 직쇄, 분지형 또는 환형 알칸디일 라디칼을 형성할 수 있다.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 d)의 알콕시실란이 2-(3,4-에폭시시클로-헥실)에틸트리알콕시실란 및 메타크릴옥시프로필트리알콕시실란으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드.
- 성분 a) 내지 d) 및 임의로는 성분 e) 내지 g)를 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분 a) 내지 g) 중 하나 초과를 포함하나 전부를 포함하지는 않는 1종 이상의 부분 혼합물을 제조하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 부분 혼합물을- 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산 a),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 충전제 f),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 첨가제 g),- 1종 이상의 촉매 c) 및- 임의로는, 알콕시실란 및 알콕시실록산 중 1종 이상 d)의 조합에 의해 제조하고,제2 부분 혼합물을- 임의로는, 유기폴리실록산 a),- 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b1),- 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b2),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 유기실록산 b3),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 충전제 f),- 임의로는, 알콕시실란 및 알콕시실록산 중 1종 이상 d),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 억제제 e) 및- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 첨가제 g)의 조합에 의해 제조한 후, 제1 부분 혼합물 및 제2 부분 혼합물을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 부분 혼합물을- 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산 a),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 충전제 f),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 첨가제 g),- 1종 이상의 촉매 c) 및- 임의로는 알콕시실란 및 알콕시실록산 중 1종 이상 d) (이 경우, 상기 성분은 제2 또는 제3의 부분 혼합물에 함유되지 않음)의 조합에 의해 제조하고,제2 부분 혼합물을- 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b1),- 임의로는 방향족 기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b2) (이 경우, 상기 성분은 제3의 부분 혼합물에 함유되지 않음),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 유기실록산 b3),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산 a),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 충전제 f),- 임의로는 알콕시실란 및 알콕시실록산 중 1종 이상 d) (이 경우, 상기 성분은 제1 또는 제3 부분 혼합물에 함유되지 않음),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 억제제 e) 및- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 첨가제 g)의 조합에 의해 제조하며,제3 부분 혼합물을- 방향족 기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b2), 및- 알콕시실란 및 알콕시실록산 중 1종 이상 d) (각 경우에서, 성분 b2) 및 d)는 제1 또는 제2 부분 혼합물에 포함되지 않음),- 임의로는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b1) (이 경우, 상기 성분은 제2 부분 혼합물에 포함되지 않음),- 임의로는 1종 이상의 유기수소 실록산 b3) (이 경우, 상기 성분은 제2 부분 혼합물에 포함되지 않음),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산 a),- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 충전제 f) 및- 임의로는, 1종 이상의 첨가제 g)의 조합에 의해 제조한 후, 제1 부분 혼합물, 제2 부분 혼합물 및 제3 부분 혼합물을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조합물을 가교시켜 얻어진 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 1종 이상의 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드를 가교시키기 위해 기판에 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 성형 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기판이 무기(mineral), 금속, 듀로플라스틱(duroplastic) 및 열가소성 기판으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무 혼합물을 사전에 제조된 열가소성 성형 부품의 표면에 임의로는 코팅, 캐스팅, 칼렌더라이징(calenderizing), 블레이드 및 롤링(rolling)으로 도포한 다음 0 내지 300 ℃의 온도에서 가교시키고, 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 실리콘-고무 블렌드를 사전에 사출시킨 듀로플라스틱 또는 열가소성 성형 부품의 표면상에서 50 내지 300 ℃의 온도의 사출 성형 다이에서 가황시켜 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리페닐렌 술피드로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드의 제조를 성분 a) 내지 g) 중 하나 초과를 포함하나 전부를 포함하지는 않는 부분 혼합물을 혼합시켜서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 무기, 금속, 듀로플라스틱 및 열가소성 기판 및 제10항에 따른 부가 가교 실리콘-고무 블렌드의 복합 성형 부품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 실링 브래킷 부재, 감쇠 브래킷 부재, 실링 및 감쇠 브래킷 부재, 손잡이, 키보드, 스위치, 샤워 헤드, 전구 소켓 또는 다른 패스너(fastener)를 포함하는 복합 성형 부품.
