Claims (48)
- 감압하에서 음극 스퍼터링(cathodic sputtering)에 의해 유리 기재 상에 침착된 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리(glazing)의 제조 방법으로서,하나 이상의 제1 투명 절연층을 기재 상에 침착시키는 단계,이어서 적외선 반사 재료로 형성된 기능성 층을 침착시키는 단계,이어서 최대 20%의 산소를 함유한 대기 중에서, 산소와의 전기음성도 차이가 1.9 미만이고 전기음성도 값이 상기 적외선 반사 재료의 전기음성도 값보다 작은 재료로 구성된 최대 3nm의 두께를 갖는 제1 보호층을 상기 기능성 층 위에 침착시키는 단계,이어서 최대 50%의 산소를 함유한 대기중에서, 산소와의 전기음성도 차이가 1.4를 초과하는 재료로 구성된 최대 7nm의 두께를 갖는 제2 보호층을 제1 보호층에 접하여 침착시키는 단계, 및이어서 하나 이상의 제2 투명 절연층을 침착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 보호층이, 산소와의 전기음성도 차이가 1.8 미만인 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 보호층이, 산소와의 전기음성도 차이가 1.6을 초과하는 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 보호층 재료의 전기음성도 값이 적외선 반사 재료의 전기음성도 값보다 0.05 이상 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 보호층 재료가 제1 보호층 재료의 전기음성도 값보다 작은 전기음성도 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2 보호층 재료가 제1 보호층 재료의 전기음성도 값보다 0.1 이상 작은 전기음성도 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리의 제조 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법으로 수득한 코팅된 기재에, 만곡 또는 강인화 공정을 이어서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 만곡되거나 강인화된 창유리의 제조 방법.
- 유리 기재를 포함하고,그 위에 적외선 반사 재료로 형성된 하나 이상의 기능성 층이 침착되어 있고,상기 기능성 층은 하나 이상의 투명 절연층으로 둘러싸여 있으며,상기 기능성 층은 기재 반대쪽 표면 상에서, 직접 접촉해서, 산소와의 전기음성도 차이가 1.9 미만이고 전기음성도 값이 적외선 반사 재료의 전기음성도 값보다 작은, 금속 형태 또는 질화되거나 부분 산화된 형태의 금속성 또는 반금속성 재료로 구성된 최대 3nm의 두께를 갖는 제1 보호층으로 피복된 다음, 산소와의 전기음성도 차이가 1.4를 초과하고 바로 인접한 투명 절연층 재료와는 상이한, 완전히 산화된 형태의 금속 또는 반금속으로 형성된 재료로 구성된 최대 7nm의 두께를 갖는 제2 보호층으로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는, 다중층 코팅을 갖춘 창유리.
