Claims (6)
- 유체입구와 유체출구가 형성되는 한편 유체입구와 유체출구의 중간 구간의 상측으로 작동공간이 형성된 밸브 바디, 작동공간 내측에 조립되어 유체입구와 유체출구 사이의 연결부를 개방 또는 차단하게 되는 디스크, 외력을 가해 디스크의 직선 이동이 가능하게 디스크의 중앙 부분에 조립 설치되는 길이가 긴 스템, 스템의 상단에 조립 설치되는 핸들, 상기 작동공간이 위치된 밸브 바디의 상부 외주에 수나사 형태가 일정 구간 형성된 요크 조립부, 상기 요크 조립부에 대응하여 하측 부분에는 암나사 형태가 일정 구간 형성되는 한편 상측 부분은 상기 스템의 외주를 감싸는 요크, 상기 밸브 바디의 내주와 스템의 외주 사이에 설치되는 패킹이 이탈되지 않게 밸브 바디의 작동공간 상측에 하단이 일정 구간 끼워진 상태에서 스템의 중간 부분 외주를 감싸도록 설치된 그랜드, 상기 그랜드의 상측 외주를 감싸는 그랜드 플랜지, 상기 요크에 대하여 하단이 핀에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합이 되는 한편 상단은 그랜드 플랜지에 구속된 채 체결 너트에 의해서 고정된 상태가 유지되는 그랜드 볼트, 상기 디스크가 위치되는 밸브 바디의 밸브 시트 상에 설치되는 시트 링을 포함하여 구성되는 글로브 밸브에 있어서,상기 그랜드의 외주와 그랜드 플랜지의 하부 사이에 설치되어 탄성력을 제공하는 벨빌 스프링;상기 시트 링이 포개진 형태로 설치될 수 있게 상기 시트 링의 하측에 설치되되 중앙 부분은 관통 형성되는 한편 외곽 부분은 상향 돌출이 된 환상의 시트 링 가이드;상기 시트 링 가이드의 테두리부분 상면과 상기 시트 링의 테두리부분 하면 사이에 설치되는 시일 링; 및상기 디스크와 스템의 하단 부분을 감싸는 한편 상기 시트 링의 상부를 누르는 형태로 상기 밸브 바디의 작동공간 하측에 설치되는 가운데 유체출구와 연통이 되는 통공이 관통 형성이 된 케이지; 를 더 포함하여 구성이 되어,상기 시트 링의 유지보수시 상기 밸브 바디에 대한 요크의 체결상태가 해제가 된 상태에서 상기 디스크와 케이지 상부 측의 부품들이 상기 스템과 함께 분리가 된 후, 상기 시트 링 가이드에 별도의 특수분해공구가 끼워져 상기 시트 링 가이드, 시일 링 및 시트 링이 한번에 상기 밸브 바디로부터 분리가 될 수 있게 구성이 된 것을 특징으로 하는 신속유지보수 글로브 밸브.
