Claims (2)
- 도광부재의 패턴 가공을 위한 마스터롤의 제조방법에 있어서,롤 철심을 준비하는 단계,상기 롤 철심의 표면상에 니켈-인(Ni-P) 도금을 행하는 단계, 및상기 니켈-인(Ni-P) 도금된 롤 철심에 패턴을 가공하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 니켈-인 도금에서, 질량기준으로 니켈-인 중에서의 인의 함유량은 14% 이상, 18% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터롤의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터롤.
