Claims (9)
- 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법에 있어서,금형 코어의 상부면을 연마하는 연마단계와;상기 연마면에 무전해 전기도금층을 형성하는 도금단계와;상기 형성된 도금층의 조직을 치밀화하고 내마모성을 증가시키는 열처리단계와;상기 형성된 도금층에 바이트의 절삭공정에 의해 미세 프리즘 요철면을 형성하는 단계와;상기 요철면이 형성된 코어를 금형 내부에 조립하는 조립단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 연마단계는 금형코어의 상부 표면에 도금층이 균일한 높이로 형성되도록 입도 180-320 수준의 연마석으로 금형코어의 상부면을 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 2에서, 상기 연마단계에 의해 연마를 마친 금형 코어의 상부표면에 도금층의 부착력 향상을 위해 시편표면에 미세요철이나 작은 홈을 일정간격으로 새기는 단계를 추가한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 도금단계에서는 도금층의 두께가 100 ㎛ 이상이 되도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 도금단계에서는 도금 재질로 니켈-인 합금을 사용하되, 인의 비율이 9%-13% 내외가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 도금단계에서는 도금 재질로 니켈-구리의 합금을 사용하되, 구리의 비율이 4-8%가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 도금단계에서는 도금 재질로 구리함량 99.9%이상의 순수 구리를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항7중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절삭단계에서는천연 다이어몬드 재질의 바이트 날을 도금층에 일정한 깊이로 진입하여 공구를 직선이송시켜 절삭을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
- 청구항 8에서, 상기 절삭단계에서는도금층을 5 ∼ 50 ㎛ 깊이로 요철을 절삭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 패턴을 갖는 도광판 제조용 금형의 제조방법
