Claims (22)
- 지방산 조성물에 포함되어 있는 지방산 및/또는 지방산 유도체 총 중량에 대해, 적어도 70.0중량%의 도코사헥사엔산(docosahexaenoic acid) 및/또는 도코사헥사엔산의 알킬 에스테르를 포함하는 지방산 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,(a) 율케니아 종(Ulkenia sp.)으로부터 얻어지는 바이오매스(biomass)를 적어도 하나의 알콜로 트랜스-에스테르화하여 적어도 하나의 도코사헥사엔산 알킬 에스테르와 적어도 하나의 포화 지방산을 형성하고,(b) 요소(urea), (a) 단계로부터 얻어진 트랜스에스테르화된 바이오매스 중 적어도 일부 및 적어도 하나의 유기 용매를 포함하는 용액을 제조하고,(c) (b) 단계에서 얻어진 용액을 냉각 또는 농축시켜,i) 요소 및 적어도 일부분의 포화지방산 에스테르를 포함하는 침전물 및ii) 액체 분획물을 형성하고,(d) 액체 분획물 ii)로부터 침전물 i)을 분리하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 율케니아 종(Ulkenia sp .)으로부터 얻은 오일로 만들어진 바이오매스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 율케니아종의 건조 바이오매스(dry biomass)로 만들어진 바이오매스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
