Claims (14)
- 수소와 일산화탄소로 이루어지는 합성 가스와 촉매 입자가 접촉하여 액체 탄화수소를 제조하는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 방법에 있어서,(1) 반응기의 저부로부터 연속적으로 공급되는 합성 가스와 현탁된 촉매 입자가 접촉하여 액체 탄화수소, 기체 탄화수소 및 물을 생성하는 기포탑형 슬러리상 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 프로세스와,(2) 상기 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 프로세스에서 생성된 액체 생성물과 촉매 입자가 현탁된 슬러리를, 상기 반응기로부터의 하강 경사 이송관에 의해 분리 용기의 하부로 이동하여, 촉매 입자와 액체 생성물을 분리하는 프로세스와,(3) 상기 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 프로세스에서 생성된 기체 생성물을, 상기 하강 경사 이송관보다 상부에 설치한 연결관에 의해 상기 분리 용기의 상부로 이송하여 그 정상부로부터 도출하는 프로세스와,(4) 상기 분리 용기로부터 액체 생성물을 도출하는 프로세스와,(5) 상기 분리 용기의 저부로부터 촉매 입자가 농축된 슬러리를 도출하여 상기 반응기의 저부로 순환시키는 프로세스를, 순환을 위한 외부 동력을 이용하는 일 없이, 상기 반응기 저부로부터 도입되어 슬러리상 반응기 내를 상승하는 합성 가스의 구동력(에어 리프트)에 의해 가동하게 하고, 또한 분리를 위한 외부 동력을 이용하는 일 없이, 생성된 액체 탄화수소 생성물과 기체 탄화수소 생성물 및 물을 분리하여 도출하는 기포탑형 슬러리상 반응 방법이며,상기 분리 용기와 반응기 사이의 슬러리 순환 경로에 설치된 촉매 농축 슬러리의 도출량 조절 밸브, 분리 용기로부터의 액체 반응 생성물의 도출량 조절 밸브 및 분리 용기와 반응기의 상부 기상 공간부의 차압 조절 밸브에 의해, 상기 분리 용기 내의 액체 상승 속도가 입자 직경 20 ㎛인 촉매 입자의 침강 속도의 0.4배 이하로 하는 기포탑형 슬러리상 반응 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응기의 상부로부터 수직으로 설치되어, 냉각 매체 도입 내관과 열교환 외관으로 이루어지는 복수의 냉각관에 의해 상기 반응기 내의 온도를 제어하여, 상기 반응기 내의 반경 방향의 균등 열제거를 가능하게 하는 프로세스를 갖는 기포탑형 슬러리상 반응 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 프로세스에 있어서, 반응기의 압력이 1 내지 4 ㎫G, 반응기 내의 가스 공탑 속도가 0.05 내지 0.2 m/초인 기포탑형 슬러리상 반응 방법.

- 반응기의 저부에 설치한 가스 분산기로부터 연속적으로 공급되는 합성 가스와 현탁된 촉매 입자를 접촉시켜 액체 탄화수소, 기체 탄화수소 및 물을 생성시키는 기포탑형 슬러리상 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응기를 구비하여 이루어지는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응에 있어서, 순환을 위한 외부 동력을 이용하는 일 없이, 상기 반응기의 저부로부터 도입되어 슬러리상 반응기 내를 상승하는 합성 가스의 구동력(에어 리프트)에 의해 가동하게 하고, 또한 분리를 위한 외부 동력을 이용하는 일 없이, 생성된 액체 탄화수소 생성물과 기체 탄화수소 생성물을 분리하여 도출하는 순환 분리 기구를 구비하여 이루어지는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 장치이며,상기 순환 분리 기구가, (1) 상기 반응기와, (2) 상기 반응기에서 생성된 액체 생성물과 촉매 입자가 현탁된 슬러리를, 상기 반응기와 분리 용기의 하부와의 사이에 연결된 하강 경사 이송관에 의해 이동하여, 촉매 입자와 액체 생성물을 분리하는 분리 용기와, (3) 상기 반응기에서 생성된 기체 생성물을, 상기 하강 경사 이송관보다 상부에 설치한 연결관에 의해 상기 분리 용기의 상부로 이송하여 그 정상부로부터 도출하는 기체 생성물 도출부와, (4) 상기 분리 용기로부터 액체 생성물을 도출하는 액체 생성물 도출부와, (5) 상기 분리 용기의 저부로부터 촉매 입자가 농축된 슬러리를 도출하여 상기 반응기의 저부로 순환시키는 순환 경로부를 갖고,상기 순환 경로부에 설치된 촉매 농축 슬러리의 도출량 조절 밸브, 상기 분리 용기의 액체 생성물 도출부에 설치된 액체 반응 생성물의 도출량 조절 밸브 및 상기 분리 용기와 반응기의 상부 기상 공간부 사이의 연결관에 설치된 차압 조절 밸브에 의해 상기 분리 용기 내의 액체 상승 속도가 입자 직경 20 ㎛인 촉매 입자의 침강 속도의 0.4배 이하의 범위로 조절되는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 장치.

- 제7항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 반응기 내의 온도를 제어하여 상기 반응기 내의 반경 방향 및 수직축 방향의 균등 열제거를 가능하게 하는 열제거 기구를 구비하여 이루어지는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열제거 기구가 상기 반응기의 상부로부터 수직으로 설치되어 이루어지는, 냉각 매체 도입 내관과 열교환 외관으로 이루어지는 복수의 냉각관을 갖고, 반응기의 상부의 상기 내관 입구로부터 물을 도입하여 상기 내관을 통과하고, 상기 외관을 반대 방향으로 흐르게 하여 반응기의 상부의 상기 외관 출구로부터 유출시킴으로써, 반응기 내의 반응 온도를 210 내지 280 ℃로 조절하는 동시에, 상기 외관 출구로부터 온도 200 내지 270 ℃, 압력 2 내지 6 ㎫G인 스팀을 얻도록 조절되는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열제거 기구에 의한 반응기 내의 온도의 제어가, 상기 반응기 내의 반응 온도의 변동 폭을 ±2 ℃의 범위에서 이루어지는 피셔ㆍ트롭쉬 합성 반응 장치.
