Claims (4)
- 프론트 및 리어 멤버와, 좌, 우측의 사이드 멤버를 포함하여 구성되는 서브 프레임에서 각 사이드 멤버의 단부에 장착되어 차체와 연결되고, 엔진 및 주행 중 노면으로부터 발생되는 진동을 흡수하는 마운팅 부시유닛에 있어서,상기 각 사이드 멤버의 단부에 장착되는 캡부재;상기 캡부재의 내부에 삽입되며, 외통을 형성하는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에 일체로 절곡 형성되는 절곡부로 이루어지는 아웃터 파이프;내통을 형성하며, 상기 아웃터 파이프의 내부에 중앙에 구성되는 인너 파이프;상기 아웃터 파이프와 인너 파이프 사이에 개재되는 인슐레이터; 및상기 인너 파이프의 하부에 장착되며, 상기 인슐레이터의 하부를 지지하는 스토퍼 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부시유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 상기 몸체부의 상단에서 원주방향을 따라 그 내측으로 몸체부의 내주면과 이격되게 절곡 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부시유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 그 길이가 상기 몸체부의 길이보다 짧게 형성되는 것을 특징 으로 하는 마운팅 부시유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 인슐레이터는 상기 몸체부와 절곡부 사이에서 상기 몸체부의 내주면과 절곡부의 내, 외주면에 각각 접착되고, 상기 인너 파이프의 외주면에 내주면이 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부시유닛.
