Claims (5)
- 중량 평균 분자량이 60,000 내지 300,000이고 중량 평균 분자량 대 수평균 분자량의 비(Mw/Mn)가 3.5 이하이고 복굴절률(△n)이 0.008 이상인 폴리올레핀 미연신사를 이 미연신사의 결정 분산 온도 이하의 온도에서 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사로부터 연신까지의 총연신 배율이 1500배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미연신사의 결정 분산 온도 이하의 온도에서 연신한 후, 결정 분산 온도 이상 융점 이하의 온도에서 1단 이상 더 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 폴리올레핀 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는, 평균 강도가 15 cN/dtex 이상이고 평균 탄성율이 500 cN/dtex인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 폴리올레핀 섬유.
