Description
Claims (18)
- 기판,상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 색필터,상기 색필터를 덮고 있으며 위치에 따라 다른 두께를 가지는 보호막,상기 색필터의 가장자리 부근에 위치한 블랙 매트릭스를 포함하고,상기 색필터는 제1 부분과 상기 제1 부분보다 얇은 두께를 가지는 제2 부분 및 상기 블랙 매트릭스와 중첩하는 제3 부분을 포함하며 상기 제3 부분의 두께는 상기 제2 부분의 두께보다 두꺼운 액정 표시 장치용 색필터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,내장 광원을 주로 이용하여 화상을 표시하는 제1 표시 영역과 액정 표시 장치는 주로 외부광을 이용하여 화상을 표시하는 제2 표시 영역을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치용 색필터 표시판.
- 제2항에서,상기 보호막은 상기 제1 표시 영역에서 상기 제2 표시 영역보다 더 얇은 액정 표시 장치용 색필터 표시판.
- 제3항에서,상기 제1 표시 영역에서 상기 보호막은 두께를 가지지 않는 액정 표시 장치용 색필터 표시판.
- 제2항에서,상기 색필터가 상기 제2 표시 영역보다 상기 제1 표시 영역에서 더 두꺼운 액정 표시 장치용 색필터 표시판.

- 위치에 따라 다른 두께를 가지는 보호막, 위치에 따라 다른 두께를 가지는 색필터와 상기 색필터의 가장자리 부근에 위치한 블랙 매트릭스를 가지는 제1 표시판,투명 전극과 상기 투명 전극 위에 개구부를 가지는 반사 전극을 포함하는 전계 생성 전극을 포함하며 상기 제1 표시판과 마주보는 제2 표시판을 포함하고,상기 색필터는 제1 부분과 상기 제1 부분보다 얇은 두께를 가지는 제2 부분, 상기 블랙 매트릭스와 중첩하는 제3 부분을 포함하며 상기 제3 부분의 두께는 상기 제2 부분의 두께보다 두꺼운 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 보호막은 제4 부분과 상기 제4 부분보다 두꺼운 제5 부분을 포함하며, 상기 제4 부분은 상기 개구부와 마주 보는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 제4 부분의 상기 보호막은 두께를 가지지 않는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 투명 전극은 상기 반사 전극 아래에 위치하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 반사 전극은 굴곡이 진 형태를 가지는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 제2 표시판은,게이트선 및 데이터선, 그리고 상기 게이트선, 상기 데이터선 및 상기 투명 전극에 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
