Claims (7)
- 트랙 부재에 형성되는 전동 부재 전동부와 이동 부재에 형성되는 전동 부재 전동부 사이의 부하 전동 통로, 이동 부재에 형성되는 무부하 귀환 통로, 및 상기 부하 전동 통로와 상기 무부하 귀환 통로를 접속하는 한 쌍의 전동 방향 전환 통로를 순환하는 일련의 전동 부재를 회전가능하도록 유지하는 전동 부재 연결 벨트이며,상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트는 금속판 부재로 만들어지며, 그 길이 방향의 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 또는 그 길이 방향의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 피크부 및 밸리부가 상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트의 길이 방향과 직교하는 폭 방향으로 연장되는 주름진 형상으로 형성되고,상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트에는 길이 방향을 따라서 복수의 전동 부재 유지 구멍이 천공되고,상기 복수의 전동 부재 유지 구멍에는 상기 전동 부재가 회전 가능하게 보유 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 부재 연결 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전동 부재 유지 구멍의 직경은 인접한 피크부 또는 밸리부 사이의 피치보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 부재 연결 벨트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전동 부재 유지 구멍의 주위에는 상기 전동 부재를 보유 지지하기 위해 복수의 클로부가 설치되는 전동 부재 연결 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸리부 및 피크부는 상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트의 전체 길이를 따라 형성되는 전동 부재 연결 벨트.
- 전동 부재 전동부가 형성된 트랙 부재와,상기 전동 부재 전동부에 대향하는 부하 전동 부재 전동부가 형성되며 상기 트랙 부재에 대하여 상대적으로 이동 가능하게 조립 부착된 이동 부재와,상기 트랙 부재의 전동 부재 전동부와 이동 부재의 부하 전동 부재 전동부 사이의 부하 전동 통로, 상기 이동 부재에 형성된 무부하 귀환 통로, 및 상기 이동 부재에 형성되고, 상기 부하 전동 통로와 무부하 귀환 통로를 접속하는 한 쌍의 전동 방향 전환 통로를 순환하는 복수의 전동 부재와,일련의 상기 전동 부재를 회전가능하도록 보유 지지하는 전동 부재 연결 벨트를 포함하며,전동 부재 연결 벨트는 금속판 부재로 만들어지며, 그 길이 방향의 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 또는 그 길이 방향의 적어도 일부에 있에서, 주름진 형상의 피크부 및 밸리부가 전동 부재 연결 벨트의 길이 방향에 직교하는 폭 방향으로 연장되는 파형으로 형성되는 운동 안내 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트에는 길이 방향을 따라 복수의 전동 부재 유지 구멍이 천공되며,상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트의 길이 방향에 있어서의 상기 전동 부재 유지 구멍의 범위에는 상기 주름진 형상의 복수의 피크부 또는 상기 주름진 형상의 복수의 밸리부가 존재하는 운동 안내 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피크부 및 밸리부는 상기 전동 부재 연결 벨트의 길이 방향의 전체 길이에 형성되는 운동 안내 장치.
