- 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머와 트리프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(TPGDA)를 포함하는 혼합물 30 중량부 내지 38 중량부;6 내지 15 관능기를 갖는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 3 중량부 내지 7 중량부;아크릴 카복실레이트 올리고머 10 중량부 내지 20 중량부;1관능 아크릴 모노머 7 중량부 내지 15 중량부, 2관능 아크릴 모노머 7 중량부 내지 15 중량부 및 3 관능 아크릴 모노머 10 중량부 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 아크릴 모노머 24 중량부 내지 50 중량부; 및광개시제 5 중량부 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머를 포함하는 혼합물은 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머 60 중량% 내지 90 중량%와 트리프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(TPGDA) 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 비스페놀 A 디아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카복실레이트는 탄소 개수가 3개 내지 6개인 카복실산을 사용하여 형성된 카복실레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조 성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 카복실산은 글루탐산(glutamic acid) 또는 숙신산(succinic acid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1관능 아크릴 모노머는 라우릴 아크릴레이트, 테트라하이드로퍼퓨릴 아크릴레이트(THFA), 하이드록시 에틸 아크릴레이트(HEA), 하이드록시 프로필 아크릴레이트(HPA) 및 이소보닐 아크릴레이트(IBOA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 2관능 아크릴 모노머는 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(DEGDA), 디프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(DPGDA), 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트(HDDA) 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나이며, 상기 3관능 아크릴 모노머는 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 에톡시레이티드 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 프로폭시레이티드 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA) 및 펜타에리쓰리톨 트리아크릴레이트(PETA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물은 인산 에스테르계 부착 증진제 0.5 중량부 내지 1.5 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속용 광경화형 도료 조성물.
- 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머와 트리프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(TPGDA)를 포함하는 혼합물 30 중량부 내지 38 중량부, 6 내지 15 관능기를 갖는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 3 중량부 내지 7 중량부, 아크릴 카복실레이트 올리고머 10 중량부 내지 20 중량부, 1관능 아크릴 모노머 7 중량부 내지 15 중량부, 2관능 아크릴 모노머 7 중량부 내지 15 중량부 및 3 관능 아크릴 모노머 10 중량부 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 아크릴 모노머 24 중량부 내지 50 중량부 및 광개시제 5 중량부 내지 10 중량부를 혼합하여 도료 조성물을 제조하는 단계;상기 도료 조성물을 대상체에 도포하는 단계; 및상기 대상체에 자외선을 조사하여 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 도막 형성 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 대상체는 철재 강판 또는 도금된 철재 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 형성 방법.
