Claims (6)
- 전방 레일과 후방 레일로 구성되어 차폭 방향으로 배치되는 범퍼빔과, 상기 범퍼빔의 후방 양측에 설치되어 상기 범퍼빔을 차체에 고정하는 스테이를 포함하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛에 있어서,상기 범퍼빔의 양단부에 전면과 배면에 각각 용접 고정되는 코너 리인포스 패널;상기 코너 리인포스 패널의 내부에서 상기 전방 레일에 용접 고정되는 절곡 형상의 리인포스 파이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛.
- 제1항에서,상기 코너 리인포스 패널은상기 리인포스 파이프를 감싸며, 동시에 상기 전방 레일의 양 단부 전면을 감싸며 용접되는 아웃터 패널;상기 리인포스 파이프를 감싸며, 동시에 상기 전방 레일의 양 단부 배면을 감싸며 상기 아웃터 패널과 함께 부분 용접되는 인너 패널;상기 전방 레일의 양 단부 내면과 상기 인너 패널의 내면 사이에 용접되는 리인포스 브라켓으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛.
- 제2항에서,상기 아웃터 패널은그 내측 일정구간이 상기 전방 레일의 단부 전면을 감싸며 용접되는 아웃터 레일 용접부를 형성하고, 그 외측 일정구간이 상기 리인포스 파이프의 전면을 감싸며 상기 인너 패널과 용접되는 아웃터 확장부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛.
- 제2항에서,상기 인너 패널은그 내측 일정구간이 상기 전방 레일의 단부 상하 후단을 감싸며 용접되는 인너 레일 용접부를 형성하고, 그 외측 일정구간이 상기 리인포스 파이프의 배면을 감싸며 상기 아웃터 패널과 용접되는 인너 확장부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛.
- 제1항에서,상기 리인포스 파이프는상기 코너 리인포스 패널의 내부에서 상기 전방 레일의 내면에 파이프 브라켓을 통하여 내단부가 용접 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛.
- 제1항에서,상기 리인포스 파이프는사각의 중공관으로 형성되며, 일측에서 벤딩 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼빔 유닛.
