Claims (10)
- 기초 재료가 되는 판상의 대리석과; 상기 대리석의 표면에 진공증착 방식에 의해 다양한 색상이 선택적으로 연출되는 진공증착 코팅층을 포함하되;상기 진공증착 코팅층은, 빛 반사를 위한 반사코팅층; 상기 반사코팅층에 의한 빛 반사로부터 색상을 연출하는 색상코팅층; 상기 색상코팅층을 보호하는 보호코팅층으로 구성하며;상기 대리석의 거친 표면에는 그 상면에 제공되는 상기 진공증착 코팅층 구성에 앞서, 액상의 자외선 물질을 코팅하고 이를 자외선 조사기를 통해 가열함으로서 예비 성형되는 유막층(UV)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 색상코팅층의 상면에 색상완화 코팅층을 더 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사코팅층은 크롬(Cr)을 스퍼터링 또는 음극 스퍼터링으로 진공 증착시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 색상코팅층과 보호코팅층은, 이산화티타늄(TiO2), 질화티타늄(TiN), 이산화규소(SiO2), 구리(Cu) 중 어느 하나를 스퍼터링 또는 음극 스퍼터링으로 진공증착시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 색상코팅층은, 블루라인 색 보정을 위해 이산화티타늄(TiO2)를 스퍼터링 또는 음극 스퍼터링으로 증착시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 색상코팅층은, 골드라인 색 보정을 위해 질화티타늄(TiN)을 스퍼터링 또는 음극 스퍼터링으로 증착시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 색상완화 코팅층은, 이산화티타늄(TiO2) 또는 질화티타늄(TiN)의 증착에 의해 형성되는 색상코팅층 위에, 블루라인 또는 골드라인의 밝기를 보정하도록 크롬(Cr)을 증착시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 보호코팅층은, 이산화규소(SiO2)를 스퍼터링 또는 음극 스퍼터링으로 증착시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 색상코팅층은, 블루라인 또는 골드라인의 밝기를 보정하도록 크롬(Cr)을 증착시켜 형성하는 상기 색상완화 코팅층 위에, 이산화티타늄(TiO2) 또는 질화티타늄(TiN)을 반복되게 적층시켜 복수의 색상이 연출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공증착 코팅층을 갖는 실내외 장식용 칼라 대리석.
