Claims (11)
- 알코올 및 물을 교반시켜 알코올/물 혼합용매를 준비하는 단계;물유리 용액을 상기 알코올/물 혼합용매에 첨가하고 교반시켜 겔화시켜 습윤겔을 수득하는 단계;상기 습윤겔을 비극성 유기용매 및 유기실란 화합물로 개질시키는 표면개질/용매치환 단계;상기 표면개질된 겔을 대기압하에서 20 ~ 190℃의 온도에서 1 ~ 6시간동안 건조시키는 건조단계;를포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알코올은 물유리 대비 0.6 ~ 2의 부피비(v/v), 상기 물은 물유리 대비 0.5 ~ 1.4의 부피비(v/v)의 부피비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알코올은 에탄올, 이소프로필알코올, 메탄올 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비극성 유기용매는 이소프로필알코올, n-헥산, n-헵탄, 자일렌 및 사이클로헥산으로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택되며,상기 유기실란 화합물은 트리메틸클로로실란, 헥사메틸디실라잔, 알킬트리알콕시실란, 트리알킬알콕시실란, 아크릴레이트화 실란 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비극성 유기 용매의 사용량은 습윤겔에 대하여 4 ~ 10의 부피비로, 상기 유기실란 화합물은 습윤겔에 대하여 2 ~ 4의 부피비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 건조단계는 20 ~ 70℃의 온도에서 1 ~ 5시간동안 건조시키고 용매 비등점 ~ 190℃의 온도에서 0.2 ~ 1시간동안 추가 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 습윤겔 수득 단계와 표면개질/용매치환 단계 사이에, 습윤겔을 산성 용 액으로 1회 이상 세척하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 산은 염산, 황산, 질산 및 아세트산으로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 실리카 분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되며, 상기 실리카 분말은 0.03 ~ 0.10g/mL의 밀도 및 95% ~ 99%의 기공율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알코올/물 혼합용매는 n-헥산을 물유리 대비 0초과 ~ 2의 부피비로 더 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 분말의 제조방법.
