Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 전사 필름 또는 라미네이트 필름용 층 구조물로서,적어도 2개의 중첩된 재료 층으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 층들 중 적어도 사용 시 관찰자에게 면하는 층은 투명하며, 상기 층들 사이에는 인터페이스 층(3)이 형성되어 있으며, 적어도 일부 영역에서 확대 또는 축소를 위한 렌즈 유사 효과를 생성하는 회절 광학 구조를 이루며,렌즈 유사 효과를 생성하는 상기 회절 광학 구조(4, 5, 6, 7, 8)(이하 "렌즈 구조"라 함)는, 라인 주파수 및 다른 격자 상수를 가지는 격자 구조가 2중 구조 또는 유사 구조를 형성하도록 그의 표면을 따라 연속해서 변화되도록 디자인 되어 있으며,상기 2중 구조는 단면이 사각형으로 이루어지는 격자 홈 및 격자 바를 포함하고, 렌즈 효과를 나타내기 위해서 상기 2중 구조의 격자 상수는 상기 2중 구조의 중앙으로부터 에지로 향해 가면서 연속해서 변화하며,상기 유사 구조는 복수의 격자 홈을 포함하고, 상기 유사 구조의 격자 홈을 형성하는 한 벽(5)은 상기 층 구조물의 저면에 대한 수직선(S)에 대해서 평행하게 형성되어 있고, 상기 유사 구조의 격자 홈을 형성하는 다른 벽(4)은 상기 층 구조물의 저면에 대한 수직선(S)에 대해서 경사지게 형성되어 있으며,상기 유사 구조의 각 격자 홈의 다른 벽(4)의 상기 층 구조물의 저면에 대한 수직선(S)에 대한 각도(α)는, 상기 유사 구조의 중앙으로부터 에지로 향해 가면서 연속해서 변화하며,상기 렌즈 구조의 격자 깊이(9)는 10㎛이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인터페이스 층(3)에 인접한 층(1, 2)들은 투명하며, 서로 0.2 이상 차 이가 나는 다른 굴절률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인터페이스 층(3)의 적어도 일부분의 특정 영역에 반사-개선 층이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 반사-개선 층은 금속 층인 것을 특징으로 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복수의 렌즈 구조(10,11)들이 상기 층 구조물의 표면에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 렌즈 구조(10,11)는 격자형(grid-like)으로 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 구조(10)는 원형이며 동심원 상의 격자 라인을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 구조의 지름은 0.15 내지 300mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 구조의 지름은 3 내지 50mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 구조의 격자 깊이(9)는 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 렌즈 구조의 격자 깊이(9)는 2㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2중 구조는 상기 렌즈 구조의 전체 면적을 따라 동일한 깊이(9)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 관찰자에게 면하는 층은 안료를 사용하지 않고 채색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조물.
