Claims (3)
- 측면에 기체 도입구를 구비하는 외부원통과, 상부에 기체출구가 설치된 내부원통과, 상기 외부원통과 내부원통내의 공간이 밀폐되도록 외부원통의 상단 끝부분과 내부원통의 측면에 동심상으로 연장되는 천정부와, 상기 외부원통의 하부에 위치하고 원주 및 직경이 감소되는 원뿔(깔대기)형의 호퍼부를 구비하는 사이클론에 있어서;상기 외부원통은 동일직경을 구비하는 다수개의 튜브가 평행하도록 핀에 의해 일체형으로 연결설치된 벽을 구비하고,상기 외부원통의 튜브 및 핀은 호퍼부에 연장설치되며,상기 호퍼부에 연장되는 다수개의 튜브는 바이퍼케이터에 의해 두개의 튜브가 하나의 튜브로 각각 연결되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 순환유동층 보일러용 수냉식 사이클론.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 바이퍼케이터는 상단에 호퍼부 튜브와 각각 연결되는 제 1,2 연결튜브를 구비하고, 하부에 하나의 호퍼부 튜브와 연결되는 제 3 연결튜브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환유동층 보일러용 수냉식 사이클론.
- 제 2 항에 있어서;상기 바이퍼케이터는 양측이 서로 대칭되는 구조를 구비하고, 제 1,2 연결튜브의 직경 및 단면적은 외부원통에서 호퍼부까지 연장설치되는 튜브의 직경 및 단면적과 동일하며, 제 3 연결튜브는 직경 및 단면적은 제 1,2 연결튜브의 단면적 합과 동일하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 순환유동층 보일러용 수냉식 사이클론.
