Claims (35)
- 제타 전위가 -20 mV 이상이며, 혈액 중의 과립구, 단구 및 사이토카인을 흡착하는 흡착재이며,관능기를 결합하여 이루어지는 수불용성 담체를 포함하고,상기 수불용성 담체의 형상이, 섬유 직경이 3 ㎛ 초과 10 ㎛ 미만인 섬유 또는 중공사, 및 표면 돌기의 직경이 3 ㎛ 초과 10 ㎛ 미만인 비드로부터 선택되는 형상이고,임파구 흡착률이 40 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이토카인이 인터루킨-1(IL-1), 인터루킨-6(IL-6), 인터루킨-8(IL-8), 인터루킨-10(IL-10), TNF-α, 전환 성장 인자-베타(TGF-β), 혈관 신생 증식 인자(VEGF) 및 면역 억제 산성 단백(IAP)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응고 제XIII 인자의 흡착률이 30 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제타 전위가 -15 mV 이상이며, 1 vol% 소 태아 혈청(FCS) 용해 생리 식염수 중에서 90 % 이상의 리포 다당(LPS) 흡착능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 담체의 형상이, 섬유 직경이 4.5 내지 8 ㎛인 섬유 또는 중공사, 및 비드 입자의 표면 돌기 직경이 4.5 내지 8 ㎛인 비드로부터 선택되는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 담체의 형상이, 섬유 직경이 10 내지 50 ㎛인 섬유 또는 중공사를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 담체에 4급 암모늄염 및/또는 직쇄상 아미노기를 결합하여 이루어지는 흡착재.
- 제12항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염이 N,N-디메틸헥실아민, N,N-디메틸옥틸아민, N,N-디메틸라우릴아민, 테트라에틸렌펜타민으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제1항에 기재된 흡착재이며, 친수성 아민 잔기를 결합한 수불용성 중합체를 포함하고, 잠재형 전환 성장 인자-베타 흡착능을 갖는 암 치료용 흡착재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 과립구 흡착률이 35 % 이상이며, 단구 흡착률이 35 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 치료용 흡착재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 아민 잔기를 결합한 수불용성 중합체가 막, 섬유 또는 입상물인 것을 특징으로 하는 암 치료용 흡착재.
- 제1항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 과립구 흡착률이 50 % 이상이며, 단구 흡착률이 50 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.

- 제19항에 있어서, 생리 활성 물질 및/또는 세포를 흡착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 네트가 단섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 네트가, 그의 구성재가 서로 교차하는 부분이 접합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제19항에 있어서, 부피 밀도가 0.02 g/cm3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제1항, 제14항 및 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 백혈구 제거 요법 또는 면역 부활 요법에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착재.
- 제1항, 제14항 및 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡착재를 용기에 충전하여 이루어지는 혈액 처리 칼럼.
- 제1항, 제14항 및 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡착재가 원통형 용기에 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 처리 칼럼.
- 제28항에 있어서, 혈액을 순환시켜 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈액 처리 칼럼.
- 제28항에 있어서, 생체와의 체외 순환 종료시부터 150 내지 180 시간 경과 후에, 체외 순환 전에 비해 임파구수의 증가와 과립구수의 감소를 나타내는 혈액 처리 칼럼.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 암 치료용 흡착재를 이용한 암 치료용 체외 순환 칼럼.
- 제29항에 있어서, 혈액을 순환시켜 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 혈액 처리 칼럼.
- 제29항에 있어서, 생체와의 체외 순환 종료시부터 150 내지 180 시간 경과 후에, 체외 순환 전에 비해 임파구수의 증가와 과립구수의 감소를 나타내는 혈액 처리 칼럼.
