Claims (11)
- 서로에 대하여 연장되며 각각 하나의 다각형 베이스 영역을 가지지만 서로에 대하여 회전된 형태로 된 2개의 부분적 본체(12,14)를 구비하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁(10)으로서,하나의 부분적 본체(14)에는 복수개의 준비작업 절삭 에지들(30, 31)이 제공되고, 나머지 부분적 본체(12)에는 복수개의 마무리 작업 절삭 에지들(32)이 제공되어, 하나의 부분적 본체(14)의 준비작업 절삭 에지들(30, 31) 및 나머지 부분적 본체(12)의 마무리 절삭 에지(32)는 시편에 동시에 맞물리게 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 영역(16)은 n 개의 코너를 구비한 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 영역(16)은 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 부분적 본체(12, 14)들은 절두형 피라미드 형상을 구비하며, 2개의 절두형 피라미드들은 그 상부 표면에서 서로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 준비 작업 절삭 에지들(30, 31)은 부분적 본체(12, 14)의 베이스 영역(16)과 측부 표면(18, 20, 22, 24)들의 교차선에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 준비 작업 절삭 에지는 2개의 서로 접합된 측부 표면들(18, 20, 22, 24)들 사이의 교차선(31)에 의해 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,2개의 접합된 측부 표면들 간에 배치되며 준비 작업 절삭 에지로서 작용하는 교차선(31)은 코너 반경부(31), 단일 코너 베벨(31) 또는 이중 코너 베벨로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,2개의 접합된 측부 표면들 사이에 배치되며 준비 작업 절삭 에지로서 작용하는 상기 교차선(31)은 코너 반경부(31), 단일 코너 베벨(31) 및/또는 이중 코너 베벨의 조합으로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마무리 절삭 에지(32)는 만곡되어 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마무리 절삭 에지(32)는 직선으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마무리 절삭 에지(32)는 상기 준비 작업 절삭 에지(30, 31)보다도 0.01 내지 0.1 mm 만큼 더 돌출하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덱서블 절삭 팁.
