Claims (3)
- 공작기계에 있어서,송작물 가공시 발생하는 열을 감지하여 온도를 측정하는 온도센서(300)와;상기 온도센서(300)에서 측정한 온도를 읽어 들이고, 상기 온도에 해당하는 위치 변화량을 계산하고 이를 CNC에 입력시키는 PMC(200)와;상기 PMC(200)로부터 입력된 자료를 근거로 보정값을 1씩 감소시키다고 보정값이 0이 되면 완료시키는 CNC(300)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축 열변위 보정장치.
- 온도센서(300)를 이용하여 온도를 측정하는 단계(S1)와;온도측정이 완료되면 측정된 온도를 PMC(100)가 읽어 들여 열에 의하여 기구의 팽창 또는 수축으로 인한 변화량을 계산하여 CNC(200)에 입력시키고, CNC에 입력된 데이터를 이용하여 가장 가까운 선형거리의 2개 온도를 온도-오차 표에서 찾는 단계(S2)와;2개의 온도-오차 값을 이용하여 보정값을 계산하는 단계(S3)와;보정값 계산이 완료되면 보정값이 0이 될 때까지 일정한 시간간격으로 일정량의 보정거리만큼 차감하여 열변위를 보정하는 단계(S4)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축 열변위 보정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 일정량의 보정거리란 1um인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축 열변위 보정방법.
