Claims (11)
- a) 콘크리트 단위체적에 대하여, 시멘트를 포함하는 결합재 200 내지 500 kg/m3;b) 물 150 내지 200 kg/m3;c) 잔골재 600 내지 1200 kg/m3;d) 굵은 골재600 내지 1200 kg/m3; 및e) 폴리아미드 섬유보강재 0.1 내지 2.0 kg/m3를 포함하고, 상기 섬유 보강재는 210 내지 270 ℃의 융해점을 가지며 상대점도(RV)가 2.9 이상인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강재는 단일 형상을 갖는 것이며, 1 내지 100 mm의 단일 길이 및 1 내지 50 ㎛의 단일 직경을 갖는 것인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강재는 섬유 표면에 에스테르계 윤활제 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 코팅액이 코팅되어 있는 것인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액의 코팅량은 폴리아미드 섬유 전체중량 대비 0.5 내지 3 중량%인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액은 다가알코올 에스테르 윤활제 40 내지 50중량%, 비이온계 계면활성제 30 내지 40 중량%, 및 대전방지제 10 내지 30 중량%로 구성되는 것인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강재는 5㎜의 게이지 길이(Gauge length)로 측정한 강도가 7.5 g/d 이상이고, 5㎜의 게이지 길이(Gauge length)로 측정한 신도가 50% 내지 120%인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 보강재는 섬도가 1 내지 10 데니어인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 결합재는 고로슬래그 미분말 및 플라이애쉬로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 고로슬래그 미분말과 플라이애쉬의 함량비가 중량 기준으로 1:1 내지 1:5 인 누름 콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 3항에 따른 조성물을 이용하여 제조되고, 슬럼프 8 내지 23 cm이고, 압축강도 40 Mpa 이하인 누름 콘크리트.
