- 차속, 스로틀 개도, 터빈 속도, 변속기 내의 유온 중 적어도 하나 이상을 검출하는 검출부;상기 검출부로부터 측정값을 전달받아 제어 듀티를 생성하고 유온에 따른 지연 시간을 계산하는 변속기 제어 유닛;상기 변속기 제어 유닛의 제어 듀티에 따라 제어압을 생성하는 솔레노이드 밸브;상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어압과 이에 대항하는 피드백 압의 제어에 의해 작동압을 공급하는 압력제어밸브;상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어압과 이에 대항하는 감압(reducing pressure)에 의하여 제어되면서 상기 압력제어밸브로부터 공급받은 작동압의 일부를 상기 압력제어밸브의 피드백 압으로 다시 공급하는 압력스위치 밸브; 그리고상기 압력제어밸브로부터 공급받은 작동압을 해방측 요소에 공급하는 스위치 밸브;를 포함하되,상기 변속기 제어 유닛은 변속 신호가 검출되면 상기 제어 듀티를 "0%"로 급격히 낮춘 후 지연 시간동안 유지함으로써 상기 압력스위치 밸브의 유로를 절환하여 상기 압력제어밸브로부터 공급받은 작동압의 일부를 상기 압력 제어밸브의 피드백 압으로 다시 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압 해방 장치.

- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 변속기 제어 유닛은 상기 지연 시간 경과 후 상기 제어 듀티를 해방 듀티로 회복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압 해방 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 지연 시간은 유온에 대한 함수로 미리 정해져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 유압 해방 장치.
