Claims (8)
- 삭제
- 출력 트랜지스터의 온/오프 제어에 의해 에너지 저장 소자의 일단을 구동함으로써, 입력 전압으로부터 원하는 출력 전압을 생성하는 스위칭 레귤레이터로서,상기 출력 트랜지스터에 흐르는 스위치 전류에 따른 센스 전압을 생성하는 센스 저항과,상기 센스 전압에 따른 센스 전류를 생성하는 센스 전류 생성부와,램프파형 혹은 삼각파형의 슬로프 전류를 생성하는 슬로프 전류 생성부와,상기 센스 전류와 상기 슬로프 전류와의 가산 전류에 따른 슬로프 전압을 생성하는 슬로프 전압 생성부와,상기 출력 전압에 따른 귀환 전압과 소정의 목표 설정 전압과의 차분을 증폭 하여 오차 전압을 생성하는 오차 전압 생성부와,상기 오차 전압과 상기 슬로프 전압을 비교하여 PWM 신호를 생성하는 PWM 신호 생성부와,상기 PWM 신호에 기초하여 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 온/오프 제어를 행하는 스위칭 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 에너지 저장 소자인 인덕터와, 출력 전류를 정류 또는 스위칭하는 정류소자와, 출력 전압을 평활화하는 평활 컨덴서를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 센스 전류 생성부는, 상기 센스 전압에 따른 전류가 흐르는 제1 저항과, 그 제1 저항에 흐르는 전류를 미러하여(mirroring) 상기 센스 전류를 생성하는 제1 커런트 미러 회로를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 슬로프 전류 생성부는, 램프파형 혹은 삼각파형의 발진 전압을 생성하는 발진 회로와, 상기 발진 전압에 따른 전류가 흐르는 제2 저항과, 그 제2 저항에 흐르는 전류를 미러하여 상기 슬로프 전류를 생성하는 제2 커런트 미러 회로를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 슬로프 전압 생성부는, 상기 센스 전류와 슬로프 전류와의 가산 전류가 흘러서 그 일단으로부터 상기 슬로프 전압이 인출되는 제3 저항을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 센스 저항의 저항값은, 소정의 온도 계수로써 변동하는 것으로, 제1∼제3 저항 중 적어도 하나는, 상기의 온도 계수를 상쇄하는 온도 계수로써 그 저항값이 변동하도록 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터.

- 장치 전원의 출력 변환 수단으로서, 스위칭 레귤레이터를 포함하여 이루어지 는 전자 기기로서,상기 스위칭 레귤레이터는, 출력 트랜지스터의 온/오프 제어에 의해 에너지 저장 소자의 일단을 구동함으로써, 입력 전압으로부터 원하는 출력 전압을 생성하는 스위칭 레귤레이터이며, 상기 출력 트랜지스터에 흐르는 스위치 전류에 따른 센스 전압을 생성하는 센스 저항과, 상기 센스 전압에 따른 센스 전류를 생성하는 센스 전류 생성부와, 램프파형 혹은 삼각파형의 슬로프 전류를 생성하는 슬로프 전류 생성부와, 상기 센스 전류와 상기 슬로프 전류와의 가산 전류에 따른 슬로프 전압을 생성하는 슬로프 전압 생성부와, 상기 출력 전압에 따른 귀환 전압과 소정의 목표 설정 전압과의 차분을 증폭하여 오차 전압을 생성하는 오차 전압 생성부와, 상기 오차 전압과 상기 슬로프 전압을 비교하여 PWM 신호를 생성하는 PWM 신호 생성부와, 상기 PWM 신호에 기초하여 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 온/오프 제어를 행하는 스위칭 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 장치 전원은 배터리인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
