Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명에 따르는 광학렌즈의 제조방법에서 상기 광학렌즈 모재의 상기 제1 곡면부는 비구면에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 상기 광학렌즈 모재의 상기 제 2 곡면부가 볼록 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하고, 아울러 상기 광학렌즈 모재의 상기 제 2 곡면부가 오목 곡면인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따르는 광학렌즈의 제조방법에서 상기 제작공정에서의 상기 광학렌즈 모재는 상기 한쌍의 측부평면부와 상기 제2 곡면부와의 사이에 형성되며, 서로 평행한 한쌍의 모떼기면을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 상기 한쌍의 모떼기면은 곡면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (17)
- 광원으로부터 조사되는 광을 콜리메이트하여 출사하는 광학렌즈를 제조하는 광학렌즈의 제조방법으로,투광성 재료에 의해 기둥형상으로 형성되며, 한쪽 측면에 기둥축방향으로 평행하게 형성된 볼록곡면으로 이루어지고 광학렌즈의 광출사면이 되는 제1 곡면부와, 상기 제1 곡면부와는 반대측의 측면에 기둥축방향으로 평행하게 형성되고 상기 제1 곡면부의 주곡률 보다 작은 주곡률을 가지며 광학렌즈의 광입사면이 되는 제2 곡면부와, 상기 제1 곡면부 및 제2 곡면부의 양측에 기둥축방향으로 평행하게 형성된 서로 평행한 한쌍의 측부평면부가 형성된 광학렌즈 모재를 제작하는 광학렌즈 모재 제작공정과,상기 제작공정에 의해 제작된 상기 광학렌즈 모재를 가열하고 기둥축방향으로 드로잉 처리하여 늘리는 드로잉 처리공정과,상기 드로잉 처리공정에 의해 드로잉 처리된 상기 광학렌즈 모재를 슬라이스 가공하여 광학렌즈를 제작하는 광학렌즈 제작공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학렌즈 모재의 상기 제1 곡면부는 비구면에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학렌즈 모재의 상기 제 2 곡면부가 볼록 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광학렌즈 모재의 상기 제 2 곡면부가 오목 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 제작공정에서의 상기 광학렌즈 모재는 상기 한쌍의 측부평면부와 상기 제2 곡면부와의 사이에 형성되며, 서로 평행한 한쌍의 모떼기면을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 한쌍의 모떼기면은 곡면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 렌즈의 제조 방법.
