Claims (10)
- 수경성 시멘트 및 셀룰로스 에테르를 포함하는 프레쉬(fresh) 수성 시멘트 조성물로서, 상기 조성물이 DS 메틸이 0.4∼2.2, DS 에틸이 0.05∼0.8 그리고 MS 히드록시-(C2-C3) 알킬이 0∼2인 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르는 DS 메틸이 0.6∼1.8, DS 에틸이 0.1∼0.5 그리고 MS 히드록시-(C2-C3) 알킬이 0.1∼1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 히드록시알킬기는 히드록시에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 히드록시알킬은 히드록시프로필인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 0.05∼3 중량%의 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0.05∼3 중량%의 상기 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 8∼99.5 중량%의 상기 수경성 시멘트, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0∼91 중량%의 입도가 5 ㎜ 이하인 충전제, 및 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0∼10 중량%의 기타의 성분을 포함하는 것으로서, 상기 기타의 성분은 공기 유입제, 지연제, 촉진제, 비중합체 가소제, 안료, 착색제 및 부식 방지제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0.1∼2 중량%의 상기 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 12∼54.85 중량%의 상기 수경성 시멘트, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 45∼83 중량%의 입도가 5 ㎜ 이하인 충전제, 및 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0.05∼4 중량%의 기타의 성분을 포함하는 것으로서, 상기 기타의 성분은 공기 유입제, 지연제, 촉진제, 비중합체 가소제, 안료, 착색제 및 부식 방지제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물.
- 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물의 제조에 사용되는 건조 혼합물로서, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0.05∼3 중량%의, DS 메틸이 0.4∼2.2, DS 에틸이 0.05∼0.8 그리고 MS 히드록시-(C2-C3) 알킬이 0∼2인 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 8∼99.5 중량%의 수경성 시멘트, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0∼91 중량%의 입도가 5 ㎜ 이하인 충전제, 및 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0∼10 중량%의 기타의 성분을 포함하고, 상기 기타의 성분은 공기 유입제, 지연제, 촉진제, 비중합체 가소제, 안료, 착색제 및 부식 방지제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 혼합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0.1∼2 중량%의 상기 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 12∼54.85 중량%의 상기 수경성 시멘트, 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 45∼83 중량%의 입도가 5 ㎜ 이하인 충전제, 및 상기 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 건조 중량의 0.05∼4 중량%의 기타의 성분을 포함하는 것으로서, 상기 기타의 성분은 공기 유입제, 지연제, 촉진제, 비중합체 가소제, 안료, 착색제 및 부식 방지제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 건조 혼합물.
- 프레쉬 수성 시멘트 조성물 또는 건조 혼합물에 사용되는 유동 첨가제로서, 40∼98.5 중량% (건조)의, DS 메틸이 0.4∼2.2, DS 에틸이 0.05∼0.8 그리고 MS 히드록시-(C2-C3) 알킬이 0∼2인 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르, 1.5∼60 중량%의 알칼리 내성의 수용성 또는 수분산성 합성 유기 중합체, 및 0∼50 중량%의 점토를 포함하며, 상기 메틸 에틸 셀룰로스 에테르, 유기 중합체 및 점토 함량의 총합이 100 중량%를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 첨가제.
