Claims (7)
- 수정 발진기의 주파수 온도 특성을 온도 보상 회로로 보상하고, 상기 수정 발진기의 발진 주파수를 주파수 조정 회로로 보상하며, AFC 입력 회로를 포함하는 온도 보상 수정 발진기로서,상기 온도 보상 회로는 서미스터와 콘덴서로 구성되고, 상기 주파수 조정 회로는 콘덴서로 구성되며,상기 수정 발진기는 표면 실장 용기에 적어도 수정편(水晶片)과, 발진 회로를 구성하는 IC 칩을 수용하고,상기 수정 발진기, 상기 온도 보상 회로, 상기 주파수 조정 회로, 및 상기 AFC 입력 회로를 구성하는 소자만이 표면 실장용의 실장(實裝) 기판에 탑재되고,상기 표면 실장 용기의 외저면에는, 전원 단자, 출력 단자, 어스 단자 및 상기 수정편의 한편의 전극과 전기적으로 접속된 수정(水晶) 단자가 형성되어 있고,상기 수정 단자는 상기 주파수 조정 회로, 상기 온도 보상 회로, 및 상기 AFC 입력 회로와 전기적으로 접속하고,상기 온도 보상 회로와 상기 주파수 조정 회로는, 상기 수정 발진기의 금속 커버에 접속된 실드 금속판에 의해 덮인,온도 보상 수정 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면 실장 용기 내에 전원 단자와 어스 단자측에 설치된 바이패스 콘덴서와, 출력 단자측에 설치된 결합 콘덴서가 수용되어 있는 온도 보상 수정 발진기.
