Claims (3)
- 복수개의 엑츄에이터에 압유를 공급하는 적어도 1개 이상의 가변용량형 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)와, 상기 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)에서 복수개의 엑츄에이터로 공급되는 압유의 흐름방향과 유량을 제어하는 콘트롤밸브(CV)와, 상기 콘트롤밸브(CV)에 제어용 파이롯유압신호를 제공하는 보조펌프(P3)와, 소경실(16a,16b)과 대경실(15a,15b)을 구비하고 상기 각 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)의 압유가 상기 소경실(16a,16b)과 대경실(15a,15b)을 통하여 작용하는 힘에 따라 이동하면서 상기 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)의 사판각을 조절하는 서보피스톤(14a,14b)과, 상기 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)의 부하압력에 따라 상기 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)의 메인유로(11a,11b)를 상기 서보피스톤의 대경실(15a,15b) 또는 탱크(T)에 선택적으로 연결하는 제어스풀(20a,20b)을 포함한 휠타입 굴삭기의 가변용량형 유압펌프 제어장치에 있어서,주행모드, 작업모드 및 주차모드 중 어느 하나의 모드를 선택하는 모드선택수단과,상기 메인유압펌프(P1,P2)의 경사판(L)을 경전시키는 서보피스톤(14a,14b)의 최대 이동거리를 제한하여 경사판(L)의 최대경전각도를 제한하는 사판각 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 사판각 제어수단은 상기 모드선택수단에서 선택된 모드가 상기 작업모드인 경우 상기 경사판(L)의 경전각도 허용범위는 최대치보다 작게 제한되고, 상기 주행모드인 경우 상기 경사판(L)의 상기 경전각도 허용범위는 상기 최대치까지 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠타입 굴삭기의 가변용량형 유압펌프 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사판각 제어수단은 상기 서보피스톤(14a,14b)의 대경실(15a,15b)측 수압면쪽으로 전진이동 또는 후퇴하는 제어피스톤(21)과, 상기 보조펌프(P3)의 압유를 분기시켜 상기 제어피스톤(21)의 수압부(21a)에 작용시키는 제어라인(23)과, 상기 제어라인(23)상에 설치되어 상기 모드선택수단에서 선택한 작업모드의 신호에 의해 제어라인(23)을 개방하는 선택밸브(27)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휠타입 굴삭기의 가변용량형 유압펌프 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모드선택수단은 사용자로부터 상기 주행모드, 상기 작업모드 및 상기 주차모드 중 어느 하나의 모드를 입력받는 선택스위치로 구성되고, 상기 선택밸브는 솔레노이드밸브로 구성되고, 상기 선택스위치가 상기 작업모드에 놓일 때는 솔레노이드부에 전원이 인가되어 상기 제어라인을 개방하도록 절환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠타입 굴삭기의 가변용량형 유압펌프 제어장치.
