Claims (8)
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1은 R1,R2은 -(CH2)3-이고, R3, R4는 -(CH2)5-이며, m, n은 m:n=18:30을 만족하는 1이상의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 충격보강제는 부타디엔과 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 스티렌에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 공단량체와 디비닐벤젠, 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트에서 1종 이상의 가교제를 중합한 것인 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 PMMA계 수지는 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체 단독 중합체 또는 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체와 아크릴레이트 단량체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체와 아크릴레이트 단량체의 공중합체는 메틸메타크릴레이트 단량체 80 내지 90중량% 및 아크릴레이트 단량체 10 내지 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴레이트 단량체는 에틸메타크릴레이트, n-부틸메타크릴레이트, I-부틸메타크릴레이트, t-부틸메타크릴레이트, 라우릴메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실메타크릴레이트에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 메타크릴레이트계 단량체 또는 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트, t-부틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 포함하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 PMMA계 수지 조성물은 활제, 안정제, 내열제, 산화방지제, 자외선 안정제, 형광 증백제, 난연제, 착색제, 염료, 무기 첨가제 및 안료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1항 내지 제7항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 내스크래치성이 우수한 내충격 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 조성물을 압출 또는 사출 성형하여 제조되는 하우징.
