Claims (4)
- (가) 금속 리튬 분말과 파라핀을 중량비로 1 : 1로 혼합하여서 된 처리혼합물을 흑연 분말과 혼합시킨 후 이 혼합물을 분쇄하는 분쇄 과정을 거친 후 이를 일정온도의 수조에 담그는 수처리 단계를 거친 후, 이를 건조한 다음에 상기 건조된 혼합물을 열처리하여 팽창흑연시트를 제조 후;(나) 분산제 70중량부에 바인더 용제 30중량부를 혼합하여 혼합 용액을 만들어,상기 분산제와 바인더를 혼합한 용액 80중량부 내지 97중량부에 단일벽탄소나노튜브, 이중벽탄소나노튜브 다중벽탄소나노튜브, 탄소나노섬유, 나노카본, 그래핀, 플러랜 중에서 선택되는 탄소나노선재 3중량부 내지 20중량부에 혼합하여 최종혼합용액을 제조한 후 , 상기 최종혼합용액을 분산하여 만들어진 혼합분산용액을 (가)단계에서 만들어진 흑연 팽창 시트에 코팅 처리하되,상기 분산제는 분산제로 물 또는 에틸알콜, 메틸알콜, 이소프로필 알코올, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 에틸 이소케톤, 에틸렌글리콜류, 아닐린류, 톨루엔, 클로로포름 소디움도데실 설페트, 폴리비닐알코올, 트리톤-x,하이드로프로필 셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈 중에서 선택되는 하나 선택하거나 2개의 분산제를 혼합하여 사용할 경우에는 선택된 분산제를 선택된 분산제 각각 50중량부에, 50중량부를 혼합하고,상기 바인더 용제는 폴리에스터 20중량부에 우레탄 80중량부를 혼합하거나, 실레인(접착증강제) 2중량부에 에폭시계 98중량부를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트에 혼합분산용액을 코팅한 혼합카본시트 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,팽창흑연시트에 코팅되는 혼합분산용액의 두께는 0.2㎛ 내지 5㎛ 이며, 롤 코팅(Roll Coating) 혹은 나이프 코팅(Knife Coating)방식 혹은 스프레이 코팅(Sparay Coating) 방식 중 적어도 어느 하나를 이용하여 코팅을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창흑연시트에 혼합분산용액을 코팅한 혼합카본시트 제조방법.
