Claims (9)
- 탄화수소 함유 공급 가스(1)로부터 H2S, 메르캅탄 및 CO2를 제거하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법으로서,20 내지 80 bar(abs)의 압력에서 작동하고, 상기 공급 가스(1)로부터 상기 H2S를 추출하는 선택 용매가 공급된 흡수 플랜트(21)로 상기 공급 가스(1)를 공급하고,H2S가 로딩된 용매 스트림(17)과, 100 내지 10,000 ppmV의 H2S 함량으로 대충 탈황 처리된 가스 스트림(2)을 상기 흡수 플랜트(21)로부터 취출하며, 상기 H2S가 로딩된 용매 스트림(17)을 재생 플랜트(22)에 충전하고, 상기 대충 탈황 처리된 가스 스트림(2)을 20 내지 80 bar(abs)의 압력으로 작동하는 흡수 및 재생 플랜트(23)에 충전하며,탄화수소와 CO2 를 포함하는 제1의 가스 스트림(3)과 H2S, CO2 및 메르캅탄을 포함하고 상기 제1의 가스 스트림(3) 보다 큰 유량을 갖는 제1의 배출 가스 스트림(4)을, 상기 H2S가 로딩된 용매 스트림(17)을 위한 상기 재생 플랜트(22)로부터 취출하여 클라우스 플랜트(Claus plant)(27)로 공급하며,유용 가스 스트림(5)을 상기 대충 탈황 처리된 가스 스트림(2)을 위한 상기 흡수 및 재생 플랜트(23)로부터 취출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 플랜트(22)로부터 취출되는 상기 제1 배출 가스 스트림(4)은 20 내지 80 체적%의 H2S, 최대 80 체적%의 CO2, 3000 ppmV 이하의 메르캅탄, 그리고 탄화수소, N2, 및 H2O를 포함하는 잔부로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재생 플랜트(22)로부터 취출되는 상기 제1의 가스 스트림(3)은 95 체적% 이하의 탄화수소, 30 체적% 이하의 CO2, 그리고 메르캅탄, H2S, N2, 및 H2O를 포함하는 잔부로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재생 플랜트(22)로부터 재생된 용매 스트림(18)을 취출하여 테일 가스 흡수 플랜트(tail gas absorption plant)(29)로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 테일 가스 흡수 플랜트(29)로부터, H2S 및 CO2가 로딩된 용매 스트림(16)을 방출하여 상기 공급 가스 스트림(1)을 위한 상기 흡수 플랜트(21)에 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대충 탈황 처리된 가스 스트림(2)을 위한 상기 흡수 및 재생 플랜트(23)로부터, 제2의 탄화수소 함유 가스 스트림(6)을 방출하여 수소화 플랜트(28)에 전체 또는 일부를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대충 탈황 처리된 가스 스트림(2)을 위한 상기 흡수 및 재생 플랜트(23)로부터, CO2를 함유한 배출 가스 스트림(7)을 취출하여 수소화 플랜트(28)에 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대충 탈황 처리된 가스 스트림(2)을 위한 상기 흡수 및 재생 플랜트(23)로부터 방출된 제2의 탄화수소 함유 가스 스트림(6)을 클라우스 플랜트(27)에 전체 또는 일부를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급 가스 스트림(1)을 위한 상기 흡수 플랜트(21)에 용매로서 메틸디에탄올아민(MDEA)을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 함유 가스 정제 방법.
