Description
Claims (10)
- 다수의 화소를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 다수의 화소 중 적어도 하나는,마이크로 렌즈;광 투과시 상기 마이크로 렌즈에서 굴절되지 않은 직진광을 차단할 수 있는 위치에, 상기 마이크로 렌즈에서 굴절된 굴절광이 투과되도록 형성되는 제1 블랙 매트릭스;상기 제1 블랙 매트릭스에 의해 차단되지 않았다면 상기 직진광이 지나게 되는 위치에 슬릿이 형성된 제2 블랙 매트릭스;배열 상태에 따라 상기 슬릿을 통해 투과되는 상기 굴절광의 양이 조정되도록 하는 액정층; 및상기 액정층에 구동 전압을 인가하기 위한 한 쌍의 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 화소는 상기 제2 블랙 매트릭스의 슬릿에 형성되는 컬러 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 렌즈 및 상기 액정층을 투과하는 광은 편광되지 않은 무편광인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 렌즈 및 상기 액정층은 투과광이 상기 액정층을 투과한 후 상기 마이크로 렌즈를 투과하도록 순차적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정층 및 상기 마이크로 렌즈는 투과광이 상기 액정층을 투과한 후 상기 마이크로 렌즈를 투과하도록 순차적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 화소는 상기 액정층 및 상기 마이크로 렌즈에 투과되기 전에 투과광을 편광시키기 위한 편광자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 액정고분자층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 전극에 상기 구동 전압을 인가하기 위한 트랜지스터를 포함하는 구동부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 다수의 화소를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 다수의 화소 중 적어도 하나는,마이크로 렌즈;상기 화소가 소광 상태에 있을 때 상기 마이크로 렌즈로부터 입사되는 모든 굴절광이 집광되는 위치에 소정의 크기로 형성되어 상기 소광 상태에서 상기 모든 굴절광을 차단하는 블랙 매트릭스와, 상기 블랙 매트릭스 주변으로는 상기 화소가 소광 상태가 아닐 때 상기 굴절광이 투과되도록 마련된 광 투과부가 층을 이루어 형성된 스크린층;배열 상태에 따라 상기 굴절광의 굴절률을 조정하여 상기 광 투과부를 통해 투과되는 광의 양이 조정되도록 하는 액정층; 및상기 액정층에 구동 전압을 인가하기 위한 한 쌍의 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 광 투과부에 컬러 필터가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
