Claims (10)
- 다수의 블레이드(12)를 포함하는 축류팬(10)으로부터 송풍된 공기의 유입각 및 토출각을 제어하는 쉬라우드(30)의 스테이터(35)에 있어서,상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R) 중 익근에서부터의 일정길이(r)를 제 1 영역부(A)라 하고 나머지를 제 2 영역부(B)라고 할 때, 상기 제 2 영역부(B)의 후연출구각(Aout)은 축선을 기준으로 하여 익단으로 갈수록 점차 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 영역부(A)는 상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R)에 대한 반경방향의 비율(r/R)이 0<r/R<0.4 에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역부(B)는 상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R)에 대한 반경방향의 비율(r/R)이 0.4<r/R<1 에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터
- 다수의 블레이드(12)를 포함하는 축류팬(10)으로부터 송풍된 공기의 유입각 및 토출각을 제어하는 쉬라우드(30)의 스테이터(35)에 있어서,상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R) 중 익근에서부터의 일정길이(r)를 제 1 영역부(A)라 하고 나머지를 제 2 영역부(B)라고 할 때, 상기 제 2 영역부(B)의 전연입구각(Ain) 및 후연출구각(Aout)은 각각 축선을 기준으로 하여 익단으로 갈수록 점차 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 영역부(A)는 상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R)에 대한 반경방향의 비율(r/R)이 0<r/R<0.4 에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역부(B)는 상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R)에 대한 반경방향의 비율(r/R)이 0.4<r/R<1 에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역부(B)의 전연입구각(Ain)은 상기 스테이터(35)의 전체길이(R)에 대한 반경방향의 비율(r/R)이 0.5<r/R<1 에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 스테이터(35)의 제 2 영역부(B)는 공기의 유동을 안내하도록 만곡된 공기유동안내면(38)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 영역부(B)의 후연출구각(Aout)은 축선을 기준으로 하여 0°∼ 60°까지 점차 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 스테이터(35)의 반경방향의 비율(r/R)이 1 에 가까운 익단측에서의 전연입구각(Ain)은 축선을 기준으로 하여 100°의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬용 쉬라우드의 스테이터.
