Claims (4)
- 상부가 개구되고, 하부가 폐구되며, 폐구된 하부면을 관통하여 다수의 통공(1)이 뚫린 유입관(2)이 설치된 케이스(3); 상기 케이스(3)의 개구된 상부에 설치되는 것으로 유출관(4)이 관통되게 설치된 케이스뚜껑(5); 상기 케이스(3)의 내부에 삽입되는 것으로, 망체로 형성되고, 길이 방향으로 격벽망(6)이 설치되어 황토볼공간(7)과 카본체공간(8)으로 두 개의 공간을 구획하며, 일측 공간부에 케이스(3)에 설치된 유입관(2)이 삽입되게 바닥에 관통되게 망체통(9)이 길이방향으로 설치되고, 높이가 케이스(3)보다 작아서 케이스(3)의 상부에 공간이 형성되도록 설치된 내통(10); 상기 내통(10)의 개구된 상부에 설치되고, 황토볼공간(7)의 상부를 덮는 부분은 막인 재질이고, 카본체공간(8)의 상부를 덮는 부분은 망체로 형성된 내통뚜껑(11); 상기 황토볼공간(7)에는 충진된 다수 개의 황토볼(12); 상기 카본체공간(8)에 충진된 다수 개의 카본체(13);를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 황토볼(12)은 톱밥과, 톱밥의 외부를 둘러싼 황토로 성형되어, 700~1,000℃에서 소성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 황토볼(12)과 카본체(13)는 촉매 액에 담긴 후 건조 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 액은 칡 25~35중량%, 송진 25~35중량%, 물 35~45중량%로 혼합하고; 상기 혼합액이 15~25중량%가 되도록 끓이며, 상기 끓인 후의 중량과 같은 중량의 쌀뜨물을 혼합하여 5~8일간 발효시키는 과정을 통해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 배기 가스 정화 장치.
